Stayed in the Novotel on several occasions for work reasons, always made welcome and acknowledged by the staff, great nights sleep, rooms well looked after every day also re-stocked with tea, coffee and biscuits every day. Accessible underground car park.
Great restaurant, fantastic breakfast to set the day off, with nice welcoming staff in the morning. Nice warm welcome in the evening by Marina and Lily, who even remember what you drink, great meals and great chefs who will adapt to suit your requirements.

Easy to get to from train station. Can’t comment on rooms as didn’t stay in a room. Came here for afternoon tea and hosted by Jaspal. He was a brilliant host, very attentive and friendly. The food was incredible too!! Would come again.

We loved the whole experience! Receptionists are very helpful and nice. Corina and Ionut made our stay very pleasant and went the extra mile! We really appreciate all their attention and help! The place is really nice, the lobby area was great and rooms are super comfy, well equiped and very peacefully. No noises bothered us at all. Housekeeping do a great job maintaining the cleanliness.The location is also a 10 of 10 since you are right two steps away from discovering the nice buildings or having a nice meal in the nearby restaurants. So far the best experience ever from all times we have stay in hotels! We only can say a huge thank you to the team!❤️

I was a bit scared when I walked up outside that it wasn't going to be a nice place but when I walked in, my mind was put at ease. The lobby & reception was cute, clean and welcoming. The place has a warmness and smells really nice! The superior room was lovely, the only problem was the bath I ran was only luke warm. Clean, room & bathroom, rituals products. The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty to choose from. Any staff I met or spoke to were so nice. Great location for what we needed.

Staff were very attentive and courteous. Think the lady who seated us was called Jillian who was absolutely lovely. Other staff after were great too. We were late due to NYE crazy traffic. Called ahead and staff were very accommodating and polite. It was for my sister’s birthday and we all have a lovely time. Will definitely be back again!

We were offered the use of additional heaters given prevailing outside temperatures.|Outstanding by far was the service and attention from Juleet, our hostess.|Very professional, caring and attentive. Lovely afternoon tea in a very nice environment. Convenient location right by a tram stop. We were very well looked after by a lovely lady who has looked after us there before. Think her name might be Juliet but not sure. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Hotel. The location of the hotel is really good, it’s a 20 minute walk to the Bullring, or a 5 minute tram ride (there is a tram stop a couple of minutes away from the hotel). In the area there is Pubs, Clubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues, a cinema ( 2 minutes walk).

The staff of the Hotel are friendly! I had an issue with my booking and they helped me quickly and professionally.
