Great staff. Special mentions - Drashti Shah in reservations. Emailed us before a week before we arrived to ask if we had any requests or needs during our stay. Even came and met us to check if our stay was comfortable. Siddhi at the front desk - I asked her if there was any way to get a coffee machine in our room and she had one put in our room for the period of our stay. Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly. |The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little more attention to the fittings. The one thing that is weird is that the mini fridge is right below the safety deposit box which is big enough to fit a laptop. Because of this when you put anything in there it get warm because of the heat from the fridge below. One thing they definitely need to re think. Also the are quite away from the street and have no bell desk so if you have more bags then it becomes quite difficult to get them to the hotel as the Ubers or taxis don’t go into their parking and if you are unaware of this then you have to struggle with the bags as the pavement or road is cobbled.

Amazing staff, but you have to make you bring your own shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They have empty shampoo and shower gel bottles. Thank goodness they still have some hand wash in the hand wash bottle. Their bathroom room sink is blocked, you have to wait few each time ... unfortunately I already paid for 7 nights, can't checkout. The room is clean.

So impressed with this hotel. We stayed on Good Friday for 1 night. Staff are super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is modern, fresh, light, spacious and clean. The room was clean, great amenities, lovely powerful shower and spacious. We had room 910 which had a side view of the stadium. I had the best night's sleep as the bedding was so comfy. Even with the window propped open all night it was quiet. The location is perfect for Wembley Park underground (3 mins walk), Wembley stadium and arena and the designer outlet. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Staff were helpful to allow luggage storage once we checked out.
Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel for a Wembley stay. It was so much better than I imagined.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel; especially the staff! I’m a wheelchair user and everyone went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable. Brilliant atmosphere when we arrived (for Dua Lipa). So close to stadium.

A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. Our room was excellent. It was clean and a good size. The reception staff were so helpful. Breakfast was delicious and our waiter Martin was so kind and even brought over from scrambled eggs for me without me even having to ask. He was so kind and caring. We will definitely stay again!

This place is exceptional in every way from staff to cleanliness to room perfection.
My girlfriend and myself booked this hotel last minute around midnight due to an emergency and the receptionist’s were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are flawless and just perfect for any situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel as its standards are first to none and you will not find anything like it. The bathrooms are great and have powerful showers. I can not get over how good my stay was definitely go here if you are interested.

This hotel offers what I call the “good is good enough” experience, it’s not luxurious or super fancy but everything is okay. The room is spacious enough, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom is functional with the amenities you need.
For breakfast the same applies, it is above basic but doesn’t offer luxury items, again it’s perfectly fine for a regular breakfast.

Note: they gave me a “handicapped” room which came a bit as an unpleasant surprise as I was not informed but for a one night stay it’s not something to make an issue of

The hotel is located on the Wembley walk, so it’s spacious outside with plenty of light in the night.

Had a wonderful stay, arrived at 12.50 and parked straight away, went to reception and the room was ready! So that was excellent. Reception was very polite and professional, and explained breakfast and times. Room was spotless and very comfortable, bathroom lovely, with large shower. Breakfast was very good, with table service for poached eggs. Overall a fantastic stay..Will definitely be back, and would highly recommend.
