Just had a lovely weekend staying at Nut Tree Farm, Anne and Melvyn are extremely warm and welcoming, going above and beyond whats expected of a B&B. Rooms are very sympathetic to the age of the property and are very comfortable and immaculately clean. ||||Set in a very peaceful location, with natural beautiful gardens its the perfect place to 'de-city'. Unfortunately I was on a course all weekend so was up too early to sample Anne's legendary breakfast (I couldn't eat a full breakfast that early) but they had a great selection of organic, gluten free cereals to choose from. Lovely bread and great jams. I will definitely becoming back.

We recently had a country escape at Nut Tree farm, staying for 5 nights in the Weeping Cherry suite. It was a beautiful room, which was nicely decorated and very cosy. The en-suite had a fantastic shower and heated towel rail. The whole place is spotlessly clean, with beautiful elm floorboards upstairs. A generous welcome tray is provided with a wide choice of teas etc. ||||We received a very warm welcome from the owners who were very friendly, and very helpful with their local knowledge (especially useful were restaurant recommendations for food lovers like us). They were very hospitable, for example Anne would kindly bring us fresh milk for our tea after returning from walks/ days out.||||Breakfasts were very generous and delicious. We appreciated their ethos of organic, local produce where possible, and enjoyed the range available to us in the mornings. It has inspired us to think more carefully about where we source our food from in the future. ||||Location was superb for exploring North Somerset and further afield. Glastonbury, Cheddar, Bristol, Bath and Wells are all within an easy drive. Also to be recommended is the village of Wedmore and surrounding area for casual walking (we got many fine pictures of spring lambs in the neighbouring fields). Additionally there is a wide choice of local restaurants to eat at in the evenings (and a great cider farm up the road).||||Thanks again to Anne and Melvin for such a great stay and perfect relaxing break in the countryside! We would highly recommend.

A very warm welcome was extended to us by the owners Melvyn and Anne. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, the hosts generous with their knowledge of the area and tips and the surrounding country side and villages are picturesque and beautiful! We spent three delightful nights here and we look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future. We unreservedly recommend the place to anyone considering the area for a visit.||It is worth noting that the family are very much artistic and produce gorgeous wooden pieces. Suffice to say we did not leave empty handed!

We stayed just one night here, but would loved to have stayed longer. Melvyn and Anne were wonderful, interesting hosts, and the enormous bed was so warm and comfortable that we overslept and almost missed the delicious organic breakfast! Wedmore is a pretty little village, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. This was a perfect B&B experience!

Ann and Melvyn looked after us so well. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and the good quality food locally sourced and mostly organic. We go every year at Easter and have a wonderful time. Thank you for looking after us all.

I have been staying at this B&B with the owners Ann & Melvyn for over 20 years. |They have made extensive renovations over the years, I have stayed in every room and you will not be disappointed with any of the rooms. 5*||They have beautiful rooms and they have kept the cost per night to very reasonable prices.||Especially for the location where other B&B's prices per night have increased dramatically. ||As for the breakfast they offer fresh organic produce and cater for all different dietary needs. The food is freshly cooked to order and a great start to your day.||The garden is beautiful with a stone circle over lay lines, and if you need time to still your mind the stone circle offers you the healing energies and you can sit in the circle any time of day.||This is a lovely place to stay and i would locally recommend staying there.||I am going back to stay with them this month a I am so looking forward to seeing Ann & Melvyn again.

Had such an amazing stay! Great breakfast and the rooms are so cozy and very nice! The whole b&b had such amazing charm. Melvyn and Ann who runs it are so nice and very helpful! I would definitly stay there again! A big thumbs up!!

Spotlessly clean, lovely & quirky room, very friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, what more can you want? It was lovely to have almost all organic food, eco friendly shower gel & soap. In a quiet location. Lovely lounge to chill out in if you want to use it.
