We had our wedding here in October 2024 & it was a truly magical day. The venue was amazing & the staff are first class & nothing is too much trouble. We first viewed the venue on one of their wedding fairs & fell in love with it right away & booked our date on the same day. Communication with the venue in the months that followed was great, we were given any amount of choices to pick from. On the day of the wedding the venue was set up exactly how we had asked & from the ceremony to the night time was just perfect! 5 out of 5 for Oak Farm Hotel

If we could give this venue more than 5 stars we would.|We booked our Wedding in January 2024 and got married 26th October 2024. From the moment we booked communication between us and the hotel was great, also had regular contact with Venue Creations who dress the venue,I changed my mind a couple of times regarding decisions we'd made re decorating the venue and this was addressed immediately.| The day itself was fantastic, so well organised. We literally didn't have to worry about anything, everything was dealt with by the coordianatoors on the day, but they were always in contact with us making sure we were happy with everything, timings etc. Even walking down the aisle was coordinated for us as he'd listened to our music and worked out when each of us needed to start walking. The dinner was lovely and although I didn't personally try any buffet, which I'm annoyed with myself about now, I can't tell you how many people loved the buffet. We've also had the same feedback from our 3 course meal. The cod & chips canopes were a huge hit with our guests and again I've been approached several times about these, in a good way. DJ was excellent, asked him to read the room and then accept any requests and it couldn't have worked out any better! Bridal suite was beautiful. We honestly couldn't have asked for a more special day from start to finish. If you are thinking about booking your wedding here just do it, you wont regret it. Thank you so much to everyone at Oak Farm. We will never forget our wedding day.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding party at Oakfarm in Jan 2025. From start to finish, Alex and the team were so helpful and accommodating. It was a stress-free process and the party was exceptional. The staff were incredible, polite and friendly. The rooms were given to us at a great rate which included breakfast for all out guests. We had the time of our lives and are so happy with the professional services at Oakfarm.

Absolutely perfect wedding venue 👌 |We got married here in September and from our very first meeting with Dan everything was just as we wanted it. The day itself was perfect 🥰 and so many of our guests commented on the food, it was delicious 😋. I have to give a special mention to kirsty. How amazing is she! Nothing was too much trouble for her, our guests Absolutely loved her and she is a massive asset to the team there. |Would highly recommended oak farm if you are planning on getting married. Go take a look, you won't be disappointed

Attended this location for a Christmas party on the 13th December 2024 with others from our motorcycle club. Due to distance I also booked a room for the night. I have to say that this is an excellent venue well organised with very friendly and helpful staff. The food (both dinner and breakfast) were great and the entertainment was first class. I would highly recommend this location to anybody and the bedroom was excellent and comfortable.

Nice quiet venue.
Great look and feel about the place. Small venue but did not feel tiny. Very comfortable size.
Cashless bar, which was a little strange, but everyone was aware before the evenings event. Be aware of this and tell your party before going.
It was quite expensive for drinks.
There is not much variety of drinks on tap or in the fridge. For an ale drinker like myself, I was just grateful they had one on tap.

Went for my nephew wedding.. what can I say this place is a real gem. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful, the room was basic but so clean and everything you could ask for, the wedding venue room was beautiful, the grounds are stunning, clean and well kept , breakfast was excellent in a very relaxed atmosphere. I really can't think of anything to moan about at all.. 10 out of 10 fantastic place and thank you to the hotel for making my nephews wedding go so perfect I highly recommend staying here or booking a special occasion. Xxx

On the outside it looks like a great place but in reality it's poor, £100 for a night with no restaurant or any refreshments available of any kind as they close everything for weddings but it doesn't tell you that when booking, the Wifi barely works and the smart tv is useless as a result, also paid for a super king bed and we got two beds put together so during the night we both at some point fell Into the abyss. Absolutely abysmal, overpriced and not worth wasting your time however the breakfast was annoyingly good and because of that the review is no longer a 1 it’s now a 2
