What an amazing find! Friends recommended it highly but we weren't prepared for all the little extra, thoughtful and useful additions to the bedroom and bathroom. Also appreciated the snack basket in lobby.
We had a packed breakfast as we had an early flight. It's was plentiful and of high quality. I particularly liked the delicious mango and melon in the fruit salad.
David and Richard are brilliant hosts and able to predict our every need. We left on a freezing morning and Richard had warmed the car for us. We will no longer avoid flying from Gatwick!

So impressed with our stay here, lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower with good quality toiletries and thick fluffy towels. The attention to detail is amazing David and Richard have thought of things that you don’t even realise you need. The continental breakfast is delicious and perfectly thought out, they even provide a packed breakfast if you have an early start. We’d already booked parking before we found this place but we will definitely use the parking next time, it will take away all the stress of finding the car parking and getting cases to the terminal etc. Thank you David and Richard for making the start of our holiday so lovely.

Recently stayed at Oak Tree prior to a flight and it was simply the best way to begin our holiday. Relaxing, comfy and clean. The little extras in the rooms are a lovely touch. We used the transport and parking service which we would highly recommend doing for ease. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay to others or use again ourselves.

A little 💎 of a place. Stayed and parked prior to short trip to Finland.
David and Richard are friendly, courteous and professional.
Small little touches make this a special place to stay, very thoughtfully put together as a service. A lovely packed breakfast for the airport, timely transfer to the airport, toiletries you may have overlooked and even a little snack and drink for your journey home. These are just a few touches that made our stay perfect, an enjoyable, comfortable and welcoming stay to start our trip.

Its a perfect place to stay overnight for an early flight. The rooms are immaculate and the service is impeccable. They even packed up breakfast for us. Furthermore, on the way back they made sure we had water and snacks in our car, ready for our journey back home. We will definitely come back.

IT'S FANTASTIC and CLASSY.
In fact it's even improved since the rooms have been refurbished, we didn't think you could improve perfection but D&R have.

Where to begin... This establishment is truly remarkable for several compelling reasons.

1. Foremost among these is David, the proprietor, who resides on the premises. David graciously attended to all of my requests, including unforeseen ones, offering a wealth of local insights and even providing transportation to my required destinations with my 8-month-old baby in tow. He also boasts an affectionate and delightful canine companion.

2. The property exudes sheer elegance. I could envision hosting an engagement celebration at this venue with great delight.

3. The breakfast spread was available from the moment of check-in, featuring an array of delectable treats. Alongside a selection of confections, tea, coffee, and shortbread awaited in the room. The breakfast itself showcased fresh fruit, self-boil eggs complete with a dedicated boiling device, an assortment of bread and pastries with a toaster, yogurts, soft drinks, milk, chocolate confections, and cereals.

I am enthusiastic about recommending this charming bed and breakfast to any individuals planning a visit to the region. My heartfelt gratitude to David for his hospitality and warm reception!

Recently arrived home and stayed at Oak Tree before departure and on arrival back in the country. I cannot express how impressed I have been with the accommodation, hosts and facilities, the owners go above and beyond with such a high standard. The rooms have pillow spray, torch, cards, hair conditioner, random items that are so useful. The breakfast and food packages that they give for both sides of journeys are so considerate. I will definitely return and will recommend to friends, I'm surprised they've never been on 4 in a Bed as they would win hands down! Thank you Both
