My mum is a regular so the staff know her by name. She introduced me as her kid and the guy serving us gave me a disgusted look and treated me with distain. I'm transgender, and confirmed that was what the reaction was about by telling her that "he didn't expect an adult person". Dissapointed but not suprised.

Centre of everything with lots of outdoor tables to people watch. Good coffee, paninis, breakfasts and beers. The staff are really lovely. Seagulls can get a bit cheeky so watch out. I go all year round and have never struggled to get seated or served.
