5 stars are for the massage, spa was far too busy so that would have been much less. I’m terrible with names but the two ladies on reception were lovely. Explained everything, showed us where everything was. It was just too crowded in there. Having towels on all the loungers (despite signage saying please don’t.. people are rude) there was nowhere to sit. Having more guests than loungers is disappointing if you aren’t going to enforce the rules.
Hot tub outside was tiny and rammed so not enjoyable. Pool was a bit cold to stay in too long (they did apologise and warm us about that though) Changing rooms are very small and also crazy busy and they don’t provide anything despite saying they do(ladies, men’s were empty apparently!) Manage an hour, before we gave up but it’s not that expensive really.
My therapist was excellent. I am a chiropractor so I feel qualified to say how good they were! And I’ve had a lot of mediocre spa massages! They really knew their stuff, happy to chat during the foot massage and also let me shush for the back massage. Very professional. Highly recommend. Sorry so can’t remember your name! (Chemo brain)

Excellent value for money spa at Butlins, highly recommended that you book a session when you stay over.

Snow cave, sauna, outdoor hot tub, steam room and a big jacuzzi

Slippers and robes included with fruit and water also.

Spa prices reasonably for what you get. Was a lovely afternoon. The Spa didn't have the Snow Cave on at the time of our visit which was disappointing. Also some electrical wire on show in one of the showers. Reported to the Spa who quicky for maintenance to fix it.

Staff were very friendly and explained where everything was. Snow cave was a definite highlight. All the other facilities were what I expected from a standard spa. Fruit on offer was just apples. Heated seats were all being used by towels! Only one disco shower worked and was a light rainy drizzle.

What an amazing experience..the spa was great and it had an outside hot tub, inside jazzuzi, sauna, snow cave, foot spa and heated relaxation seats. Then I had a silky skin package which included a body scrub, massage and manicure by Chloe, which was brilliant and I've never been so relaxed!!

Good Spa. Not massive but the bookings seemed very controlled so the facilities weren't overwhelmed with people, I had more than enough time to try everything out and relax at each facility (apart from the Ice Box, not sure how -16C is relaxing for anyone, but it was fun to try)

We turned up and there was some confusion over the times booked!! The receptionist KELLY was incredibly confrontational unprofessional and unhelpful….. we were all shocked at how rude and unhelpful she was. We are group of older ladies who have used spas for many years and one who works in the beauty industry and never have we been spoken to in such a way! It was almost like she was on a power trip and really pleased we were late for our spa trip! Being rude to us infront of other people waiting for spa treatments seemed to give her pleasure. As a regular visitor to Butlin’s I will no longer recommend the ocean spa or visit again!
