Second time coming here for a full body massage. Great massage. Friendly welcoming staff and reasonable prices. The inky thing was I booked a particular therapist to only find out once in the treatment room and in the bed that I was having someone else instead. Would have been nice to know beforehand so I could rebook if I wanted to. Atmosphere is relaxing and I got tea and cake after for free.

I had a hot stone massage with Francesca. It was a beautiful massage, I felt so relaxed, rejuvenated and she was really good with pressure. I would really recommend the massages they have to offer! Thank you Francesca for doing giving such a wonderful service.

Visited today for a hot stone massage, body scrub and pedicure. My appointment was with Vanessa.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Vanessa and for the Spa. I left feeling better than I have for ages. Welcoming, comfortable, considerate, professional and exactly what I needed.

Birthday Treat for mum.
Overall ok, there were a few issues which could have made our experience better. The spa is located in the hotel downstairs. When we arrived reception was unmanned so we had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted and let into the spa. There is no changing room, lockers or showers and no robe or slippers were provided. Monica did our massages which we both enjoyed and felt were relaxing. I chose the beautiful bumps massage @ £74 and was provided a long pregnancy pillow for the massage to feel more comfortable. The pool is outside and was very cold but a nice feature. There was a hose going into the pool when we visited. The sun loungers were plastic and very uncomfortable, could definitely use updating. When we were swimming I was asked to get out the pool to pay which I felt was unnecessary. We could have made payment before the massage or after we had finished but instead we were disrupted whilst we were in the pool unfortunately. When we came to leave we had to wait again to be let out as there was no receptionist.

It's good. Safe, clean. Staff are polite and friendly but it seems they are overworked even though trying their best.
The breakfast is OK but the coffee quality needs improving, it is dire beans being used, tastes like instant coffee.
They don't retain a full breakfast option to the last hour it winds down early so eat before 10:30am
The front counter staff are welcoming and the bar staff are helpful, they need to have more on duty.
Rooms are clean!

This is our third visit, and the 3 options from the menu have been good value for money.
From hot stone to the 45 min back and neck and shoulders massage, this is located downstairs from hotel entrance and very clean. Free parking and tablet to register your vehicle. Staff are so polite and professional and friendly, and we definitely recommend it here for message experience. Thx guys
