I watched Wicked in ODEON yesterday. I had a great experience of sound, visuals, and comfortment. I was surrounded by these amazing songs. The screen was big, and the seats were comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience and I will visit this cinema next time!

We have visited the Port Solent Odeon twice recently and both experiences were very good. On the latest visit the staff were very helpful sorting out tickets at online prices when the online booking system was down. Free parking close by is a plus point too.

Outside step suddenly steep drop, saw at least three people stumble over it. Not the odeons fault but just watch out! Cinema clean, staff approachable and friendly. Prices are what they are - it's expensive but often deals/vouchers if you go hunting

Great selection of movies, large seats, very comfortable lots of leg room. Good range of snacks and drinks, clean toilets, and free parking. The only downside was that we had to sit through 30 mins of adverts from the supposed movie start time. Went again today, and the heater wasn't working in screen 1, so we were offered a refund if it was too cold. However, it was fine, so we watched the whole movie, and what a nice touch on the customer service side.

Today we went to the port solent branch of cinema, not been before so I googled the reviews, several mentioned about it being cold, so both myself and partner layered up (4 layers). But still it was so cold I got brain freeze from drinking a bottle of juice, the popcorn was so cold it was inedible... I shivered throughout, we both wore gloves and wooly hats ... It was ludicrous... I still have a headache from being so tense for 2 hours.... I carry a little weight too, so not usually a problem... It was warmer outside at 9° than it was in there... 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Basically...... it's tough, if you don't like it, leave... Good job Odeon....

Awful. Seats are dated and uncomfortable, room smells awful, seats are cramped with hardly any leg room. Seats aren't stepped down so people's heads are in the way. We left halfway through the film. Needs some serious updating.

What's with the air conditioning, screen 4 is like a walk in fridge after 5 mins... Get the idea it keeps the equipment running better but at what cost to customers, may as well had a ice coffee in there, heating or limit the air conditioning to where it's needed, I I'm sure many would say it's too cold
