A delightful 6 niht stay on business. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. The bar and restaurant were busy with a bit of a wait at peak times but worth it (to be fair, the staff did warn me). There are lots of cosy intimate nooks to hide away in. The menu is varied and reasonably priced, and the food is really good. Breakfast service was a bit of a wait for cooked options, but continental options were plentiful and readily available while you wait, again all really good quality. Parking at the hotel is very limited but there is time limited on street and paid car park options within 3 mins walk (Subject to the time of year and do look at the signs!) Overall, a lovely hotel on the beach front and I'll definitely be back.

We stayed on the WINTERBREAK deal, which was excellent value. A few tweaks would make your stay even better. Our starters held promise, but came cold or at best luke warm. Presentation of food|| a tweak too. The staff friendly, helpful and pleasant. Excellent location too.

We stayed here for two nights for a break.
The room was very clean and lovely.
Seaview room.
Room has ironing board, iron, hairdryer dryer in it.
The food was lovely.
Dog friendly.
Self check in service.
Will definitely be returning.

Overall we had a good time. Couple of things that might be better. No maid service to the room on the morning after arriving.This is a dog friendly hotel, As far as I know they don’t separate the rooms as dog friendly and no dogs. This gave us allergy issues each morning. We have been dog owners but can’t have dogs that shed due to allergies. Maybe rooms should be designated to give people the choice.

OK starting with the positives we booked a three night stay at Offshore which was offered as one of The Inn Collections Winter Breaks. So the package on offer, the location and Rooms were all Very Good , Nice size room, Very clean on arrival, Sadly we had asked for a room on a high floor but we were given a ground floor room Bit disappointing really as we had booked several months in advance and the property does have several floors? ||As part of the package we had a food allowance to spend in the Restraunt we checked in on Sunday 23rd March at check in we were told we did not need to book a table so we came down to eat at 8.00 pm to bedlam no free tables very few staff and lots of unhappy faces, We did get a table after about 20 minutes although we did have to clean it are self's When ordering at the bar we were told that all food orders would be a minimum of an Hour! Our food actually took an hour and Half which was ridicules, All around us people were complaining and after receiving the food i can understand why, We did not stay for deserts as we had lost the will to live! When we asked to see the manager she looked like she had given in , She offered nothing in the way of support and we went to our room thinking what have we done coming here , On the Monday we were out all day we had left a sign for the room to be made up and that did not happen? We had to go an ask for milk and tea bags from the bar, ||Breakfast was however excellent every day and it was hard to think this was the same place Good fast service plenty of choice it could not have been better 5 stars||||My advise with this property would be to only book Bed and Breakfast and you will not be disappointed, Avoid the night time service and cross the road to the Toby carvery for your evening Meal . Great Location, Great Rooms ,Brilliant Breakfast, The rest well lets say work in Progress.

Had a great stay here for a couple of nights on the winter deal. Accommodation, food and staff were great and we’ll definitely be back. I don’t understand some of the reviews on here which mark down the venue for the amount of dogs, the size of the rooms and the small car park. We don’t have a dog but all of these things are made clear on the website so if you don’t like dogs, want a big room or more car park space then don’t book here!!

Looking at some of the other reviews, I'm thinking 'did they stay at the same Hotel' .

The food portions were a perfect size, and delicious, just enough unless you're greedy in which case I wouldn't know.

The rooms were perfectly clean, quiet with lovely comfy beds.

Bar service was excellent, such lovely attentive staff and the ambience and decor was superb! Gorgeous!

I could not fault this Hotel, really classy with lovely staff and amazing rooms.

We will definitely come here again, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Loved it, lovely position, room lovely and comfy, breakfast lovely. I couldn't fault it. I was travelling on my own and took an on the spur chance and couldn't have found a nicer place. On my next visit I shall try the evening meal, as everything looked lovely.
