I had an appointment in the afternoon 10 days ago. I was the last client and the therapist started to work on my nails just after I arrived. The only think I do not like is that the gel polish is already damaged -especially index fingers. See photos I used to have my nails for more than 3 weeks in a very good condition.

Have used this nail salon several times. The staff are warm and welcoming. The services received are good. Have had gel nails and pedicure. Very skilled staff. Never fail to please. Will continue to use them regularly in the future. Well done to you all for proving such a good service.

I have been twice now for gel on my finger and toe nails and on both occasions I have been very happy with both the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful job they have done with my nails. I haven’t made an appointment in advance either time, but have been served quickly both times.

I particularly like that you can view all the colours available from outside the salon so you have an idea of what you want rather than sorting through the baskets of colours that you normally look through. It takes me ages to choose and I end up feeling rushed at other places (because of my own indecision!!).

I will definitely be using Oh La La again and wish them luck in this new venture.

I visited O’LaLa Nails for the first time today. I had a full set of acrylic nails and pedicure. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. My nails look beautiful and the pedicure was wonderful. I will be using O’LaLa nails going forward.

Just had the worst experience. Walked in with toe nails I had left for months to grow over the winter, so I had nice nails for Spring / Summer.....they have just been hacked off SO short there's practically nothing to paint. I said over and over that I wanted them tidying up but leave as much length as possible. I now have no length at all...nothing. " it's ok honey...we sort it " how ..HOW ? HOW can you replace what you've hacked off... absolutely disgusting ....AVOID please, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

First time visiting at short notice too. All staff was very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I had acrylic nail extensions and qas unsure what I wanted at first I found a photo I liked and the nail technicians was more than happy to do them taking time and care to assure I was happy with what I wanted. I then decided I wanted lash extensions too while there and they was more than happy to fit me in there and then. Will 100% be returning. Thank you

AVOID!!!!!!
THE WORST NAIL SPA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
I've travelled far and wide & always prefer an Asian nail spa.
Run time seriously late, constant!!!!!!! loud chattering across the room in native tongue ( plus TV "for customers" who have to wait , in Asian language) water cold in foot spa, chop and changing between customers (overbooked) to try and keep up, answering phone continually during everyone's treatments adding to delays, charged more than advised on phone, most importantly very poor result for hands and feet for myself and my daughter. I have hang nails still and my daughter has excess glue under fingernails.
AVOID!!!!!!I
£120 for mani/pedi x 2 no massage of hands or feet.
