We had the best experience here you could have. The host is really nice and, because we are Dutch, she got special breakfast we liked. The room is really clean, spacious and just a joy to be in. But don't stay in it your whole stay, the area you are in has loads to do. I recommend everyone staying here.

Lovely comfortable room, clean, warm and very well provided with everything you need. The owner Maggie is lovely and contacted us several times during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed (which we did).

We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely place. Bed really comfortable with a view out to open fields with deer. The room was so comfortable. Like staying in a 4 star hotel with your own front door. I would definitely come back here. Lovely stuff in the fridge/breakfast hamper. |Lovely room. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely couple of nights I had here with my husband. The scenery was amazing, the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The room was very spacious and had a lovely decoration, and the service provided by the owners was 5 stars! They were very welcoming and offered suggestions for places to visit and have a meal. They cook the most delicious breakfast and Teresa was very considerate with my food specifications, being 6 months pregnant and she cooked my eggs and sausage to meet my condition. Thank you for a lovely time!

Thank You Maggie for a wonderful stay. The room was more than expected and a fantastic base to visit West Sussex. We loved the vaulted ceilings and the amazing garden views and glorious sunsets. Everything was perfect. Property was spotless comfortable and well equipped. Thank you also for the goodies (fruit bowl/ drinks/ condiments/ muffins and biscuits. So much nicer than staying in a hotel and we will definitely spread the word.

Just back from a wonderful 2 night stay at The Old Forge Chapel. Our lovely cosy room in the converted chapel was beautifully clean, with a bed that was so comfortable we could have stayed in it all day! Lots of thoughtful little touches like a Nespresso machine, straighteners and hairdryer. Even a mini fridge with fresh milk-so much nicer than UHT rubbish!|Breakfast was fabulous-freshly cooked to order. Teresa and David are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed 3 nights at this delightful place last week. It is well situated for visiting Chichester and other nearby resorts / places of interest. The setting is lovely, peaceful and being surrounded by cornfields and sheep there is plenty of privacy. The accommodation is wonderfully cosy and well equipped; there was a mini fridge and fresh milk was delivered each day which was a nice touch. You will want for nothing except a good book to read. Widescreen tv incorporating Netflix means there is plenty to watch on tv too. The very attentive and charming owner could not have been more helpful and is on site nearby should you need anything. We will be back - a lovely experience.
