They recently started to operator our canteen after the previous chef and his company left after 40 years of service. We are a 24/7 running plant and they just do not care about the production, we have 1 vending machine which is filled once every day or two, never on the weekends so by Saturday night through to Monday morning there's hardly anything left to eat and if there are sandwiches left they're out of date. They've somehow managed to break the vending machine so that 2 rows just don't work properly. They've made a few adjustments because of the feedback but honestly it's not enough, you'd think asking for healthier options wouldn't be that difficult. There were loads people who relied solely on the canteen food that have given up and now bring their own food in.

Worst catering company around, staff are so rude and degrading to other staff, the manager is basically a bully and thinks aggression is the only remedy, they way he speaks to his colleagues is horrendous and many complaints been made and he still gets away with it. Vending machines empty / limited choice ask for more variety instead of full sugar coke and its all they will supply. This company has the worst customer service and the service they offer is sub par.
Complete cowboy traders would avoid at all costs. Be better off going to a butty van down the road than giving this pathetic excuse of a company anymore money.

Work nights at heinz absolutely worst food I've ever tasted nothing on at 2oclock dry food which has been out since 11 never eating again till change of chef

This service was catering at the warehouse I used to work.
The night team:- fantastic, polite and professional.
After a long stint of weekends without vending machines and more importantly coffee I told the supervisor (Mel). His reply was "That's life".
Well Mel getting reviews for your company based on the way you act, that's also life.
