The most horrible room, staff and manger are rude and impolie and treat the guest as low profile people. Very rude and unprofessional and forget about cleaning. The room was booked by the Cambridge city council for an emergency matter. And I can't even sit in the bed the first thing in the morning and I'm gone. I can only sit on the bed which stinks and smells like fried oil.

Very good value for what we received. Stayed 1 night for a local wedding reception. Large, clean room that had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Only criticism if ant would be that is still advertising restaurant which was closed but staff were very helpful suggesting alternatives. Would definitely recommend for value for money and good night stay.

We stopped one night at the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable room with television, tea and coffee facilities and a bathroom with toiletries provided. The hotel didn't serve an evening meal when we were there, but there was a list of restaurants in town that would give you 10% off if you mentioned where you were staying.||||In the morning we had a lovely, cooked breakfast served by two friendly ladies and we enjoyed our short stay here. The hotel is very close to the town centre, and we are planning to go back to St Ives and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Stayed here after a friends wedding and we have no complaints whatsoever. The rooms and spacious, clean and a really nice bathroom. |Ideal location to town and a fantastic breakfast. The staff serving at breakfast were so polite and welcoming.

Decent size room, mattress not overly comfortable, bathroom bright and clean, breakfast was brought to my room and was of great quality, probably too much food tbh, staff were really polite and welcoming, plenty of parking. Hotel situated close to town center, within walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Good value for money, no noise from other guests

Me and my sister had a lovely stay here , for a wedding nearby. lovely spacious clean room , comfy bed . Great customer service everyone was so lovely and friendly . Included a Beautiful fresh cooked breakfast served by a lovely polish lady klaudia hope I’ve spelt it right. Would definitely stay again . Great value for money to. Friendly staff and nice main building with lovely breakfast area. Room was a little rough and ready, though comfortable enough and warm. Shower a little poor and some mould and dirt in the bathroom. Nothing major though and I wasn't worried about hygeine. Not a great choice of breakfast for vegetarians, but what was served was good quality. Coffee average.

We had really nice rooms. Lovely and warm. Breakfast was very good my husband, son, and daughtet-in-law said the coffee was lovely.
Hope to stay there again next September.
