An Outstanding Stay – All Thanks to Claire!

I had a fantastic stay at Warwick One Hotel in Tunbridge Wells, but what made it truly unforgettable was Clare – an absolute superstar. From the moment I arrived, Clare welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism that I felt right at home.

She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect – from offering great local tips to checking in on me during our stay. Her attention to detail, positivity, and genuine care are rare to find. Warwick One is a lovely hotel, but it’s Clare who sets the experience apart.

Thank you, Clare, for being a shining example of brilliant hospitality. I'll absolutely be returning – and recommending to everyone we know!

Stayed here for night in a beautiful designer room with a fabulous en-suite. The room was stylish modern. The hotel is on the edge of the beautiful high street with designer shops and leads into the Pantiles side of Tunbridge wells town centre.
Staff were very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great nights stay. The hotel has a great bar area and beautiful hall for weddings. The restaurant served us a delicious breakfast.
We will be coming back and highly recommend staying here.

My son and I went for afternoon tea at one warwick park today. It was fantastic. Firstly they do a child's version which has more suitable options like Rocky road and ham sandwich. The afternoon tea looked absolutely beautiful and had everything you would want. I find a lot of places have taken it to a different type of food and really I expect sandwiches, scones and cakes. That is exactly what we got. The service was excellent and the table laid beautifully. My son who has never had afternoon tea before thought it was incredible. Thank you so much. Absolutely fantastic 👏 👌

The best place to stay in Tunbridge Wells, as it is within walking distance of the lovey shops, the famous Pantiles & train station for London. The rooms are spacious & luxurious with gorgeous complimentary toiletries. The food in the brasserie is delicious, with attentive staff especially Tom, who makes you feel special. Staff at reception very welcoming especially Lucy, who welcomed to the hotel. Housekeeping staff are excellent keeping the hotel spotless.|Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here twice this year and it's a beautiful hotel. ||All the staff are so professional and lovely.||Our room on our latest visit was a suite and it was the best hotel room we've ever stayed in. It was stunning. ||The breakfast is amazing and cooked fresh (not a buffet) with great coffee. ||We'll definitely be going back at some point.

I attended a function at the hotel today and the service and setting were fantastic. The receptionist and a brasserie colleague helped with some access issues enabling me to enjoy the day as much as others there. ||Their warm but professional service, combined with the hotel’s stylish interior and comfortable brasserie, went above and beyond.||Highly recommended.

All the staff were welcoming, helpful caring and professional throughout my stay. My room was luxurious and spotless and was kept that way during my 2 night stay by the housekeeping staff. The food was appetising, well presented and cooked to perfection. Overall I had a extremely happy and pleasant stay.

Dreadful experience
Stayed in the Townhouse no hot water on arrival but as I was off getting my make up and hair done my husband suffered a cold shave and shower
The following day just before going to breakfast I had a shower in freezing water again which I reported to reception
The restaurant was very quiet but wait time and service were dreadful
On check out I asked to speak to the manager, whom turned out to be the waiter at breakfast (also wearing a suit that looked like he had slept in stains on shirt)
He demanded to know why we didn't report hot water the day before explained that we were going to London for an award ceremony and were on a timeline but expected to have hotwater the following day and that we had reported it on the way to breakfast, manager really didn't care
Wanted to know what I wanted well an apology would have been nice but as I didn't get one I said I wanted my early booking fee back!
He then said I don't want you to leave with a dirty taste in your mouth I'll send you a voucher for dinner
So far no voucher 2 days later
Spoke to the main manager on Monday
He's attitude was we have 80 people staying here.
The customer service is shocking
I've since found out that they are aware of a problem with the water
I fully believe they are aware of a problem with the water in the Townhouse but have probably had that many complaints thay they are uninterested.
I run a dentist in Tunbridge wells and we have sent a patient here to stay when having treatment we will not use this hotel again
It's was a real disappointment
