I booked myself and my partner in for the private infrared sauna and ice bath session. Really amazing experience, clean and well put together facilities.

The One Wellness team were brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly.

As part of our booking we also had food in the Himalayan salt room. A truly relaxing experience and the food was absolutely gorgeous.

Overall a fantastic experience - We will both be back soon 🥶

My partner booked us a private ice bath and infrared sauna session for a birthday treat and the whole visit was fantastic! The facilities are gorgeous and clearly very well thought out as there were so many lovely little touches that added to the overall experience.

The team were so friendly and knowledgeable - James talked us through all aspects of the ice bath and sauna and he and his colleague couldnt do enough for us.

We weren’t going to have time to visit the Himalayan salt room due to lunch plans, so they let us come back afterwards so that we didn’t miss out!

I recently brought my personal training clients to a wellness evening, and it was an incredible experience for everyone. We started with a challenging but enjoyable Barre class, which was a first for the group. James then guided us through a contrast therapy session, making everyone feel at ease, even though it was also their first time. We ended the evening unwinding in the Himalayan salt room with refreshments and just relaxing. I highly recommend this for groups, loved every moment and will definitely be returning!

Wow. What a place 🤩
I’ve been struggling with a fibromyalgia flare up and decided spur of the moment to book in. It was easy to book and pay online, plenty of availability throughout the day, and it was easy free parking right outside too which I was very thankful for with the pain and fatigue.

The staff were all very welcoming on arrival. I was a bit unsure what I was doing as it was my first visit but everyone was really helpful and talked me through the process. After the infrared sauna and ice bath I was able to use the Himalayan salt room to relax and warm up with a beautiful cuppa! 😍

I was then lucky enough to experience the foot/leg massage boots whilst relaxing, and what a relief they gave.

If I could go every day I would.

100% recommend for pain management / pain relief.

Looking forward to my next visit already.

Katie, Ellie, and the entire crew go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. I didn’t want to write a review right after my session this Sunday gone cuz it would’ve just been full of praises because of how amazing I felt after leaving. I wanted to see if I’d actually reaped the benefits of sauna and ice bath. Now that it’s been a couple days I can absolutely with 100% conviction say it was money well spent. Anyone that’s been inactive from the gym knows getting back into the gym will leave you very sore and drained after a week of training. I tried the ice bath and sauna followed by a rest in one their salt/rest rooms and honestly I didn’t expect to feel that good and energised. All the soreness went away and mentally felt so much better. James who‘s the owner Onewellness demonstrated knowledge and was very helpful in guiding me in my first session in the ice bath and I look forward to coming back to onewellness

One Wellness is the perfect hub for relaxation, recovery and all round general wellness. James & Brendan are complete professionals & have done an incredible job to bring such a high quality facility to Coventry. The Ice Baths & Infrared Sauna Therapy are particularly useful to me (and my teammates!) as a mode of sports recovery in between intense sessions and games, however, the various classes they offer (especially those focused around stretching) are great too & it all takes place within such a welcoming environment.

You won’t be disappointed if you give it a try!

I spent an afternoon at One wellness along with some teammates making use of the amazing ice baths and infrared sauna along with the fitness suite for some stretching. These facilities are fantastic for relaxation and recovery and really helped with some sore legs after a long day of running around the football field. It was a brilliant experience, from start to finish and I came out feeling amazing and revived. I will definitely be back in the future!
