I visited OneWelbeck Clinic last week and had an appointment with Mr. K. Tsitskaris. I have multiple health concerns, and I shared everything with him during the consultation. He listened to me with great patience and understanding, and explained everything clearly and in detail.

From the moment I arrived, the whole team made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and reassuring, and Mr. Tsitskaris was exceptionally professional, kind, and humane. I truly felt heard and cared for.

We discussed the next steps for my treatment, and I left the clinic feeling hopeful that I will finally receive the help and support I need.

I came to OneWelbeck for my annual routine breast screening at their women’s health centre. This centre is at the forefront of medicine, with enhanced screening facilities (and more innovation to come) as well as highly professional, caring and knowledgeable staff. Head radiographer and breast screening centre manager, Johanna Kelsey, was superb in her calm approach, explaining the procedure in detail. Dr Malhotra is a radiologist I trust completely as a leading expert for dense breast screening in the UK. Workflow management is exceptional leading to short wait times and efficient patient “processing” through procedures and consultations. Facilities were clean, modern and pleasant. You are in very competent hands here, highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience on the Surgical floor at OneWelbeck. Everyone was so professional and friendly and the short stay couldn’t have been better. After arriving and being shown my room by Amrit who went above and beyond, I was admitted and saw my consultant and anaesthetist. I walked into theatre when it was my turn and felt so well looked after by everyone involved. Special thanks to Kes and the theatre team, Giotis, Fernanda, Caroline, Marco and the rest of the ward nurses who are amazing! And the admin team Bel, Sara and Sally. It was a very smooth and slick process. I didn’t have to stay too long but while I was there, I had exceptional care and I’m very grateful. I would recommend Onewelbeck for day surgery without any hesitation 🙏💕

Highly recommend OneWelbeck. Yesterday I had a surgical procedure which I was really worried about and the surgical team were excellent. Thank you so much for Alex Leo the surgeon for taking me through the whole procedure with care, empathy, support and also being so upbeat! Helder, the Lead Nurse was also amazing, I have ocd so my anxiety was high, and he ensured that I was calm, well informed, supported and encouraged, and he made all the difference! Matthew the anaethetist was also a star! Ensuring my concerns were addressed and he was also so positive and encouraging! Thank you so much !!!

I recently had an orthopedic appointment at One Welbeck and was a bit nervous because of my sports injury and after a long work day. When I walked into the building I was greeted by a smiling woman who identified herself as Helen Thomas in the lobby. Her pleasant demeanor and professionalism put my mind completely at ease as she directed me to where I needed to go. Helen was the epitome of the way customer service used to be. I would highly recommend the entire medical staff (Dr. Baring being amazing) I met, and Ms. Thomas specifically to any perspective patient. Thank you.

All the consultants I have seen for different procedures are excellent, the management of the procedures was highly efficient and all the other staff were attentive and helpful. Mr Sethi my surgeon was kind and gentle, and explained everything clearly. He also met with me after the operation to discuss how it went. My nurse Larissa was so lovely.
