We had a lovely stay. Adam was very hospitable, kind and attentive. Great B & B. My only comment would be to have paper napkins at breakfast. Having said that, breakfast was excellent.

Came to Swindon from South Wales for a Nursing exam , was originally booked into a hotel near the venue. However after being told that I couldn't pay for my stay in cash, i had to find alternative accommodation. A bit of googling and i cam upon this delightful bed and breakfast and secured a room. Plenty of space to park the car , a comfortable double bed and a rainforest shower i knew i had picked the right place. The owner Adam is delightful and very helpful. The place is spotless.|| You take your chances with B&B , ive been in some that are little more than a 3rd bedroom in the attic with a shared bathroom and no fire escapes. But Orchard House is miles ahead of them. ||The full English breakfast, was well cooked and delicious. It is close to other amenities such as pubs and Aldi within walking distance. ||10/10 id stay again

I stayed here from 10th June 24 to 14th June 24 as I was up here on business. The B&B was a 12 min walk to my venue so was nicely located. The area is nice and quiet with soundproofed rooms. There are 2 great pubs, The Crown Inn which is a 4 min walk and does amazing food, and The Rat Trap, which is a minute in the other direction and also does amazing food. Both were reccommended by the B&B owner Adam.
The breakfast in the B&B is amazing, and I asked Adam if he did decaff coffee, he said no, but the next day went out and got some! I told him I like my bacon crispy, and yet again he did it spot on! And it is piping hot, far superior to any chain hotel breakfast!
If you have certain requests eg, gluten free, or you like stuff cooked a certain way, Adam is very attentive, so let him know when you arrive.
I would highly recommend this place if you like peace and quiet, and an amazing breakfast! Just check out the other reviews, all 5 star! I think Adam deserves more than 5 stars but google won't let me do it! I would definitely stay here again!

As a group of five motorcyclists, we've had our fair share of accommodations during our journey, but our stay at Orchard House was by far the best experience we've had.

Orchard House, a newer building, is a gem hidden off the beaten path. Not quite central, but its slightly removed location added to its charm and ensured a peaceful stay. Its modern and well-maintained interiors provided a welcoming environment, the cleanliness and attention to detail being evident throughout our stay.

The accommodation, priced around £50 per night, provided excellent value for money. The ease and security of having parking right at our doorstep was an additional benefit, particularly considering our mode of transportation.

The breakfast was a simple but freshly prepared spread each morning, a pleasant start to our day. Despite the simplicity, the freshness and quality of the food stood out.

The operator of Orchard House was the icing on the cake. His friendly demeanour and helpfulness throughout our stay elevated our experience. His efforts to ensure our comfort were clearly seen and much appreciated.

Given our experiences, we wouldn't hesitate to give Orchard House a solid five-star rating. The combination of a modern, clean environment, convenient parking, simple but fresh breakfast, and an exceptionally caring operator made our stay truly memorable. If you're on the lookout for a well-maintained B&B that offers quality service and a peaceful location, we highly recommend Orchard House!

WOW what a find. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads on a trip from Sussex to Gloucester. We were so glad we booked this place. Immediately on entering the premises. It was bright, clean and modern which carried on in the bedroom. We were in Room 1 at the front of the B+B the room was spacious, bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee in room a fan was provided if you need. The following morning on entering the dining room was a large dining table. The normal cereals, juices,butter,jam provided to self yourself, also make you own toast. The full English breakfast was one of the bets we have had. The host was excellent and was always available if you need anything. It felt very homely. The only 2 things to mention is it is on a busy 'A' road so if you at the front and have the windows open you will some road noise. 2, NO hairdryer in the room but the host provided one no issue. We would recommend this B+B and won't hesitate to stay again.

I can't praise this beautiful B & B highly enough. |I was travelling solo but felt completely safe on my own. |The whole place is bright and inviting and looks very recently decorated.|All the furniture and bedding seem to be of the highest quality.|Fantastic breakfast cooked fresh when ordered.|Friendly, attentive host.|Nothing negative to say.|Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Liked ○ Very impressed with the room, lovely decor, very comfy bed, with decent quality pillows & quilt. although it's on the main road it was Nice and quiet at night. Friendly staff. Very clean room & bathroom, top quality toilet paper! would definitely come back

Disliked ● if I was going to be constructive and find a fault with the room, the extractor fan in the bathroom could do with a clean, nothing major, you can't even see it really. 🙂
