Absolutely wonderful. After needing an unexpected stay at short notice Nigel was great. So helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were lovely. Fantastic stay with a genuinely kind helpful owner

After a slightly disastrous night's camping in the Lizard, 2 friends and I were in need of urgent accommodation.

Fortunately for us, we found Nigel and the Orchard Manor B&B.
He was able to put us up at short notice in a very comfortable room with a great view and a hearty breakfast.

Probus is a little remote, but the garage opposite is surprisingly well appointed, there's a very decent, friendly pub 200m up the road, a great curry house and a picturesque 8km national trail walk which will lead you to the Heron Inn, which is another excellent pub overlooking the river.

As a host, Nigel couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating.

Myself and my sister visited Orchard Manor and stayed in the Lily suite, I have never had an experience like it! The room was immaculately clean and the facilities are great! Definitely value for money! Nigel is the nicest person and was always there if we had any queries, questions or needed a bit of help. The view is amazing and would stay there again in a heartbeat! 10/10 host, 10/10 room and 10/10 location

We spent 2 nights at the Orchard Manor. Nigel (the owner) kindly put us up at last minute when we were in a sticky situation. The rooms were beautiful, we had a balcony that allowed us to see an incredible view. We both enjoyed the breakfast cooked by Nigel, a big hearty fry up - worth every penny. The village that Orchard Manor is in has a local shop and a pub. Thank you Nigel for a great stay and being a wonderful and friendly host

We had a lovely stay at Orchard Manor Cornwall. The Penthouse suite was beautiful with great views and the location was perfect to drive around and see the sights of Cornwall.. The furniture and appliances were top quality The owner, Nigel, was incredibly welcoming and a really warm host. He went out of his way to help us set up Netflix when we had an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and look forward to visiting again.

We have just enjoyed a four night stay at Orchard Manor to celebrate my 60th birthday! Nigel made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. We would love to stay again for a few days, and next time bring our family, I’m sure they would like it here as much as we did! It was a very homely and comfortable room with a nice size en-suite shower room.

Stayed here for 2 nights when joining family staying elsewhere in Probus for a family event. We stayed in Room 1 which was a reasonable size, bright, plenty of cupboard space and nicely equipped with a fridge with complementary beer and cider; and tea/coffee facilities with complementary chocolate. The weather was good, so we were able to take full advantage of the seats on the balcony and enjoy the view over the fields (including a great sunset one night). ||Nigel was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again if visiting the area.
