Before I start, I don't mean to offend any loyal customers (I can only assume there are none). I made a genuine mistake and ordered online from the wrong takeaway, and what a mistake it was! The food from here is diabolical, I have never eaten such poor quality Chinese food ever! Our usual takeaway runs rings around this place. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The worst Chinese I have ever had . I had to send the chicken balls back twice . As they was way under cooked . Beef fried rice had no taste , not much beef in there . Curry sauce was poor . Chips was OK. And it was very hard talking to the staff to get a replacement. In the end I got my money back for the chicken balls . Which they tried to under pay me . Then the driver wasn't happy for the amount of tines coming back . That it cost him more fuel . To get my food back and my money.

Do not go there. Go somewhere else as you will regret it. I wish I looked at the reviews first. Plus me and my partner felt ill the next day .

So.. my last few experiences with this place have been none less of shocking.

Firstly.. a family meal ordered 1 hour 55 minutes later the driver arrived my Brothers wife answered the phone to a the driver saying he is 1 minute away and can we come out to the car to collect the food as it’s raining and he doesn’t want to get out the car, when we went outside he had already been and our bag of Chinese food was on the floor at our doorstep stone cold and missing our chicken balls and chips.. they gave us the sauce however.. kind gesture indeed.

We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the much long awaited return of the delightful driver without apology.

Secondly.. we ordered on a Thursday evening giving this place the benefit of the doubt and we this time waited 2 hours 35 minutes from the time of order for our food.. it was also stone cold… the promised me the driver would return with a refund which sure enough didn’t arrive, I’ve called a few times since asking for my refund on the food and this evening got told I will not be receiving the refund for the food I threw in the bin as it was inedible and the manager is still to busy to talk to me even though I can hear him giving the poor girl on the phone instructions.

Outrageous customer service and very very average food… AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese me and my family have ever had..
Ordered way before opening time and food arrived quickly but almost COLD!
Crispy beef wasn’t the usual, prawn crackers were disgusting, sweet and sour sauce was unbearable and again, it was 10x worse because it was cold. Would never order again.
