Went for the first time on Thursday, very clean and welcoming place. Staff were all very polite and friendly, gave a great massage. Left feeling very relaxed, will definitely be back.

Awful! I booked a massage via their website. They Firstly called me and when I answered in my mother language they drop the phone. And sent me 2 messages:
This directive stile "Call me on Wednesday at 14.00"
And this russistic style " Are you Chinese?" What a service and what a nasty people?

Amazing massage, very relaxing music, highly reccomend. Went with my boyfriend, the staff accomodated timing so we could recieve massage at the same time (2 separate rooms) and we are both verry pleased. Will be a regular thing from now on for sure!

I visit the salon yesterday and the lady who answer the phone was very polite and helpful and manage to fit me in later during the day as they were very busy. I was very impressed with the hygiene in the salon, Every room has a shower and central heating and clean towels. This is definitely the number one shop in Norwich.
