Me and my nephew had a wonderful experience at Oties the other day. We ordered waffles and pancakes as well as coffee and smoothies. The portion sizes were very generous and are worth the price. The smoothie was delicious and the coffee wasn't bitter. There was quite a bit of choice for food options such as baguettes and cakes. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they and were more than happy to bring anything we needed to the table. It's definitely worth visiting for a treat.

Beautiful food, lovely staff, clean restaurant and a lovely afternoon spent hanging out here! We will be back soon. Also highly recommend asking the staff for personal recommendations. We were so happy with ours today! Wimbledon and Canadian SMALL waffles were huge portions and well priced. Thanks Oties

Decided to go for lunch with the family. The manager was rude, cost us £50. The pancakes were cold, looked undercooked, the bacon was not even crispy. Definitely not Canadian style. No atmosphere and definitely not worth the price. Bacon should be streaky and crispy.

I love going here with my son and his friends. The ice cream is amazing and the nutty pancake is a family favourite.

Very unkind personel. We were told to be seated next to the door, because we brought our dog. It was very cold over there. The table was full of dirty dishes which they didn’t bother to clean up, whilst there were 3 people of staff and they had nothing to do, because there were no clients at all. Quality of coffee very mediocre as well as the sweet and savoury snacks.

What a shambles of a diner! Advertised that they open until 4pm on a week day, so arrived at 15:32 and was told that half the menu is only served until 15:30. How about letting your customers know this on your website, instead of letting them travel a 14 mile round trip. Management (if you can call her that), could be bothered and didn’t seem to care that there was a loss of revenue. Never more than 4 guests there most times we’ve visited on the weekends, so they must have millions £££ in reserve. Better staff with better attitudes may result in a better amount of guests and reviews.

We stopped here for a coffee. However the smoothies caught our eyes with added protein. Absolutely delicious 😋 then the Green Tea Matcha was hot and smooth!
Service was great and the place was lovely and clean. Will bring the kids next time!!
