Absolutely wonderful stay at Otium Wine Estate!

We stayed in the Hot Tub Retreat shepherd's hut. The hut was a lovely cozy space which was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Otium Wine Estate was peaceful and offered some calmness and tranquility.

The best part was spending the evenings in the hot tub, overlooking the beautiful views of the countryside and the vineyard while watching the wildlife. The bunnies, birds and peacocks.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and escape busy life in a beautiful setting.

We had the most amazing stay at Otium Wine Estate at the weekend, Andrew and Emily were amazing hosts and can't do enough to help. The location is stunning and very peaceful, we stayed in Vineyard View and the apartment had everything you need, including a roll top bath, a very nice treat!
Highly recommend the breakfast hamper too, we had the continental option and really good selection of different things.
Very well located, walks into the countryside in every direction. We will definitely be returning.

Andrew & Emily have a truly wonderful place. I've just returned from a few days at the Otium Wine Estate and I must confess, I didn't want to leave.
The barn lodge that we had was extremely comfortable and beautifully stylish. The hosts themselves are delightful people and very attentive to any needs.
We really did have a lovely peaceful time and I highly recommend if you are looking for the same.
We hope to return again soon.

Spent long weekend in the Shepherd's Hut. "Stunning location" doesn't do it justice. The hut is compact but excellently appointed. The wood fire hot tub was great fun (definitely a challenge to hit the right temperature). The neighbours (a small group of peacocks) were a bit rowdy, but one of them did come and say hello. The location was a fantastic base for some cycling and the perimeter of the estate was ideal for a run. We also recommend the nearby Selborne Arms, though the walk isn't all along super clear footpaths.

lovely accommodation set in wonderful countryside. Our apartment had everything we needed. The bath and shower were amazing. The living space was fresh and modern but still cosy. The bed was very comfortable. There are lovely walks right on the doorstep. The host gave us a warm welcome and told us to contact if we needed anything but we didn't need to. Everything was perfect for a romantic weekend away

We’ve had an amazing time here at the Hot tub retreat! Despite the weather not being as sunny as we’d hoped, we still got a beautiful sunset last night whilst sat in the hot tub, which made it! (Hot tub took a while to heat on the first night, but once it was warm the next 2 days were easy to re-heat to a perfect temperature)
It was clean, cosy, owners are incredibly friendly and the views are great! The peacocks really topped the trip off too. 🦚
Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quiet weekend away.

Beautiful, secluded location, only just over an hour from London. The shepherds hut was very private & had everything we needed for a short 2 day break. The hot tub and deck were perfect for relaxing & enjoying the special views of the vines, peacocks and countryside beyond.

Recommend the walk to Selborne (about an hour) and up the zig zag path from where you can spot the vineyard ☺️

Looking forward to returning post 2026 to try Emily & Andrew’s wine!

This was the best place we stayed for get away, me my wife & baby enjoyed every bit we spend here… it was so peaceful and quiet, the cottage itself everything is so beautiful, balcony views..evening walk around the acres of fields, they have peacocks aswell which was surprise. I definitely recommend this place we had a 3 month old and the time we spent here was amazing and made memories, I will be booking again with all my family next. Thank you Emily and everyone for making our stay beautiful, customer service was brilliant.
