We had a wonderful one night stay here. The property is absolutely stunning. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a brilliant night's sleep , as the surrounding area is so quiet. |Donna provided us with a lovely breakfast the next day.and was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully appointed barn conversion in a semi-rural location a few miles from Oxford City Centre. Large sitting /dining room overlooking garden. Near the park and ride bus into Oxford. Great hosts.

We had a wonderful break at Sabine barn. Beautiful barn and excellent customer service, lovely tasty and relaxed breakfast.

The location of the B&B is rural, about 10-15 minutes from Oxford, so a car is needed. The rooms are built into two old farming buildings, giving a historic feel to the stay. We stayed in the stand-alone ground floor chalet which was a good size, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. Some of the rooms in the main building had stair access. Donna, our host, was very friendly and helpful and did a load of laundry for us. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh berries with cereal and plenty of cooked options. The Bear & Ragged Staff pub restaurant is a short drive away with very good food.

I was walking (solo) along a section of the Thames Path and Sabine Barn was the ideal place to stay - only a mile from the route and very close to Farmoor Reservoir. I had booked their chalet and when I arrived, I phoned Donna and she told me where to find the key. The chalet was great - comfy bed, sofa, small dining table, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV and very peaceful. If you don't have transport, there is a bus stop about 400 yds away from where the E1 bus runs between Eynsham and Oxford every half hour (hourly after 8pm). Breakfast was great - fresh fruit, cereal, full English, toast - and set me up well for my second day walking. Clive & Donna very helpful and genial hosts. Recommended

Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights, lovely location just of the road and easy to find. slightly on the expensive side considering breakfast isn't included in the price. Lovely host, lovely barn!
Isn't suitable to non drivers, unless you are using taxis, because just off a main road can't walk to local locations. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in every way! Cosybroom with a romantic feel due to the beams. Good bathroom with bath and shower. Room had 4 good pillows (which I'm usually fussy about). Air con and heater in room. Comfy bed. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Parking right outside. Great big breakfast cooked tonleefection. Donna and her partner were so lovely. Highly recommend.

This place is a definite return visit. Donna and Clive amazing hosts . Everything perfect in every respect. Rooms are spotless in fact the entire barn is ! I could not find fault with this stay, breakfast was amazing. Both Donna and Clive could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Perfection !!!
