After asking all the relevant questions and doing his tests he then began treatment.

I came to see Ladina Berther at Central Oxford Osteopathy two months ago, after suffering from a flare-up of my chronic lower back pain condition (sciatica caused by the herniation of the L5S1 disc). I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in the lower back and right leg leg, my whole back was very tense and my sleep was also impacted. The weekly treatment at the clinic was great - very thoughtful and professional, and everything was explained clearly to me. Ladina carefully examined me and identified the cause of the pain, she also showed me some stretching exercises to perform at home to reduce the tensions in my body. After two months of treatment, I already feel much better, as well as experiencing greatly reduced discomfort and tension in the lower back and the leg. I am very happy with the treatment I have received from Mike at Oxford Osteopaths - I had quite a painful and tense neck when I first went and this has really improved to the point where it is now not bothering me any more. A shoulder issue was also treated. The sessions were pleasant with good conversation and the treatment was done effectively without discomfort.
