A truly budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are small, but there's absolutely no issue with cleanliness. It’s ideal for short stays. However, a heads-up: there’s no air conditioning, and the ventilation in the rooms is quite limited. (The hotel is aware of this and has placed portable fans in the rooms.) Sleeping during the warmer months can be a challenge. Other than that, it’s definitely a solid choice.

We booked a 3 bed room and stayed for two nights, it was amazing. The property was affordable and decent. Anwar was very kind and helpful. He ensured everything was proper. We were facing issues with the regulator and he personally came to fix it. Most importantly, the property was close to the road so it’s very convenient to commute from there and the convenience stores are also nearby.

For price and location, this hotel cannot be beaten. Perfect for my stay and where I needed to be on said evening. The room's are simple but effective. My view of Westfield shopping centre showered in sunlight the following morning was really quite a sight. The room was clean, the shower was hot, you couldn't ask for much more for what you pay. Staff were friendly and helpful in abundance. Would recommend for anyone spending a fleeting visit to this part of London. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is near to the city center 20-40 min with public transportation and our room is very clean. I recommended this place to my friend who will visit London. I recommend it to you guys too. Very simple, clean with nice staff and good location 👌🏼🙌🏼 Price and quality match. There is a big mall and restaurants near the hotel you can find anything you need by walking.

A nice little hotel. Nice staff. Clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. We also felt safe and secure in the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay at Oyo again!!

I booked this hotel 2 months ago. 3 weeks before my trip, they texted () me on WhatsApp to let me know that they were fully booked and asked me to change the date of my booking or to cancel the reservation on the site that I had used. What a surreal experience. I wouldn't book with them as apparently they will not honour their own reservations.

Arrived at the hotel and the clerk didn’t seem to know what was happening and forgot to take ID. Room itself was clean and suitable for what it was needed for (sleeping) and was less than a 5 minute walk to where we needed to be. TV remote didn’t work, one of the lamp bulbs were out and we couldn’t even lock the room from the inside! (Only found out when we were about to sleep and nobody was around to ask) Someone entered our room twice on the morning of departure, once was a knock and they opened the door and went back out. We were fast asleep but heard the knock and saw the door close. 2nd time, they just walked straight in without knocking. Felt very unsafe! Wouldn’t go there again

The room was ok. Very small especially the toilets, but for a short stay didn’t bother me at all. The location is perfect, couple of seconds and you in the biggest shopping center in London Westfields. The service at reception is very nice and the check-in/check-out went very smooth.
