This isn't a hotel its basically a Hostel, booked for 4 nights at the Beginning of the month for staff for nearby works, people shouting and arguing in corridors most of the night, one of our female staff rang to say she felt unsafe due to the arguing, some idiot banged on one of the apartment doors which had a guy who was also down there working to ask where the kitchen was, to the point they actually left at 4:30am and our office booked in to another local hotel, someone decided to hoover at midnight upstairs and to finish it off someone started blaring music at 2am, didn't even stay one night, left and booked elsewhere still awaiting response from OYO relating to our recent stay.

Couldn't event make it up, if somebody from the hotel wishes to discuss this further please contact me and I will provide the evidence of my above review.

Hopefully it was just a one off "bad evening" as if not the management really need to get a grip of what is going on in their hotel after hours.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Neither will my friends & family! 🙂 The value for money is second to none.
Kitchen & laundry facilities included, fridge in room and smart TVs at no extra cost! The staff I've interacted with have been fantastic, and friendly.

Excellent value with great transport links. Clean rooms and bathrooms. ||Though I didn’t use it, there appeared to be plenty off road parking as well.||Great communication throughout by email and WhatsApp - ease of checking in.||Will definitely come back! Thank you!

An amazingly priced descent clean and convenient hotel. All electronic check in, coded entry to main door and coded entry to your room. I paid £38 for 1 night which is a bargain by any standard, that was for a double room with private bathroom. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Perfect. Thanks OYO

It was a last minute reservation so I cannot complain too much however, when booking I did state that an accessible room would be ideal as both me and my partner are disabled but we were put on the higher floor of the "bungalow rooms".

It did not state anywhere that we would have a shared bathroom with the rest of the people staying in the same build as us, which may i add was downstairs in the building.

The access codes we were given to the building were wrong so it was a nightmare trying to get in, thankfully a nice lad was there and offered his help and thanks to him we were able to get in.

The radiator in the room was not working so the room was freezing, causing me and my partner alot of discomfort as due to our medical issues, the cold got into our joints and now we're paying the price.

The sheets were not comfortable and if anything they were itchy and scratchy.

Do not get me wrong, it was ok to get our heads down for a few hours but there are so many things that are not listed and quite frankly i will not be staying here again and would recommend paying the extra bit of money to stay elsewhere with heating, comfortable beds, private bathroom and more importantly an accessible room.

Everything was spot on and the room was lovely and bed was very cumfy also very clean bathroom and kitchen area highly recommended from the start to end was very easy to check in I would most seriously visit again if am back in Leicester in the near future

A nice clean room with a great shower. However, no shower gel provided which seems a bit cheap.
Check-in system was easy to use but the check-in window is pretty inconvenient (4pm til 10pm) and the cost of paying for early check-in or late check-in is extortionate.

Absolutely disgusting.

The room had a skylight that was too high up for me to reach that was left open. This caused dozens of flies to get into the room.
With this being a reception-less hotel I called the customer support to be given the code for a different room (I could see there were 3 available online).
I was told they would sort it out.
I had to go and sit in my car while I waited.
After 45 minutes I hadn't had a call back so I called again, I was promised they were working on it. After 1hr 15mins I got an email to say they were working on it and to give them some time. (It was quarter past midnight at this point).
Fortunately I decided to cut my losses and go to a Premier Inn which was more expensive but at least it wasn't hazardous to my health.

I never got that call from OYO customer support, clearly they think a room being infested with insects is fine.
I do not, I will never go back and I implore anyone who is thinking of booking here to save your money and go somewhere where they will treat you like a human.
