Slightly off the main road but situated in a lovely square. The owners were very helpful as we wanted to park(cannot park anywhere near hotel) and find the venue which would be going to later that evening. Lovely clean room spacious and just the right size shower room. The breakfast room was down the corridor it was continental as it wasn't mentioned when booked, but yep fine for a weekend in Stamford.

Booked two nights in a twin room, and had a good experience at this "no frills" accommodation. We were welcomed in earlier than the paperwork told us, and had a comfortable stay, including a self-service continental style breakfast each morning. The themed room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional . The environment was absolutely central but in a quiet paved square, and close to all amenities, including a cheap parking area (though I did have to go out at 8 both mornings to feed the meter.||||Altogether a positive, pleasant experience. I'd stay again.

Great location, nice new en suite but everything else a bit like student accommodation from 20 years ago. Clean and tidy though. Breakfast was abysmal - you have access to your own kitchen, I would have brought my own breakfast if I had known how poor it would be! Or just plan to go out for breakfast in one of the many nice cafes nearby.

I recently stayed at this bed and breakfast after reading the reviews on here and laterooms I was a bit worried but there was no need to be. When booking you have to ask about breakfast, as explained if your booking it online which luckily I read.|I got a phone call the morning I was staying and they explained about the nearest car parks and explained where the b&b was situated as it's hard to find (not on the roadside). Bit annoying with the car parking but I suppose you can't always have everything and it was just a short walk away. |The rooms all have there own themes which I liked, something different. The lady told us that the heating was on all the time we just had to decide what the radiators went on so was nice and snug in there once on. We had tea and coffee making facilities, a tv with most of the free view channels, a powerful and spacious shower as some places have tiny cubicles which isn't very nice. |It is in a perfect location right in the centre of town, it was a bit noisy but what do u expect with such a central location. We loved all the old buildings so it was really nice to stay in one. Good value for money for the area, will definitely be coming back if we're ever this way again.

Stayed in 'Beijing' room following a night out in Stamford. Easy communication with owner. Clean, well equipped room. Good shower. Hairdryer and good towels provided. Comfortable bed and variety of continental, help-yourself style breakfast. Quiet room, no disturbances. Great location - just minutes from the Stamford pubs/clubs/restaurants. Would use again. Parked at nearby Bath Row car park - free after 6pm on a Saturday and all day Sunday. Just a few mins walk away.

Wether your a regular to Stamford or a Newcomer, PJ’ZZZ is in the heart of a very switched on, eclectic and vibrant village. With lots to see and explore along with the UK’s famed Burghley House, your stay. Fancy a cuppa after shopping? No worries, as not only is there facilities in your room (all with EnSuites), the kitchen is a short walk down the hall....the rooms are comfortable, all with TV’s and quiet.....My stay was without reservation one of my most memorable, and as I’m in the top 4% of Trip Advisor reviewers. Trust me, you won’t go wrong.......

The description of PJ'ZZZ seemed to indicate an old building previously a pub. The reality is its a number of rooms above a furniture shop. The main positives are the location is excellent and the room walls were recently painted. Unfortunately everything else is quite poor. There's an unsubstantial door from the street where there's a small square of thin, dirty carpet and stairs in front leading to the rooms. |The room was small with a cupboard size bathroom and no ventilation. There was a plastic tray shower and door and a tiny sink. |The bed linen was of poor quality and the carpet was very thin and of a strange dirty colour. The rooms are above a public alley walk through and are very noisy with no double glazing. Even the tea bags were dreadful. Breakfast is not supplied which is so bizarre in a B and B. We really cannot recommend this place.

After a cheerfully warm welcome I enjoyed a thoroughly comfortable stay, in a lovely decorated & furnished big room 🙂 Situated in center of town, down quiet shop/restaurant adorned alleyway, minutes walk from Stamford's delightful river meadows and wildlife-busy strolls. 10 mins walk from train station, 5 mins from buses. Definitely returning 🙂
