Really decent spa. Perfect for a duo or solo. The pool is a good size and good temperature. The spa is very nice and warm too. The ‘access spa’ package came with the pool, a sauna, a steam room and a gym and a free complimentary drink and snack (we chose rose Prosecco and cake). They gave us a white robe and slippers. Spent 3 hours there.
Only slight downside is that there was no actual changing room, (only a room with showers toilets and lockers all in one) so had to get changed in the toilets, which isn’t really a problem unless the place is busy. Overall, a very positive experience. Would recommend and go again 🙂 and very good for the price!

The location is great, and the parking is convenient. The steam room, pool, and sauna are also enjoyable. However, I have given only two stars due to the condition of the ladies’ changing room, which is in a very poor state. The floor was wet, the shower walls were old and grimy, and there was only one shower for a large number of users. The shower gel seemed to be of low quality, and there was no body lotion available—something you’d expect as a basic hospitality service, especially considering the facility is attached to the Radisson. This place is in serious need of care and attention.

Staff are nice enough but they really need to stop allowing kids into the spa/pool area. Weekends are full of them and the noise levels are that of a public pool. Lots of people complaining in the steam room saying they had paid a lot of money to come here for treatments and the amount of children throwing balls and jumping and screaming in the pool has ruined their experience.

Also, last Friday the pool was covered over and no-one could use it due to a child having "a poop" in the actual pool.

The swimming lessons and blocking a portion of the pool off is also a bug bear. Maybe it's time to stop grabbing all these extras and making it a better experience for adults who are willing to pay a bit more for a bit of luxury/quiet time.

Massage experience was good, very nice and relaxing. Changing rooms and toilets didn’t look and feel clean, not enough space to change and get ready. Pool was full of kids diving in, screaming and splashing water everywhere. I thought the venue was 18+, but I was wrong. You couldn’t really relax with that much chaos around you. People from the outside would walk around the pool with outside shoes. We really tried to enjoy our experience there, but the whole atmosphere felt more like a busy communal pool rather than the wellness resort it claims to be. Not much for “promising peace, relaxation and the chance to unwind.”

We were told to come at 4pm for three hours spa but they meant the massage started at 4 so we lost 15-20 minutes on this. The changing room were just common space with no privacy ( everyone went to the bathroom to change). There were kids running around and yelling, no privacy. It was basically a pool. The massage itself was fine but not enjoyable as they use way too much pressure. Not a relaxing experience at all, not a good value for money. We won't be coming back

My daughter and I went to the Spa on a Black Friday deal which included full use of the spa and 2 treatments. It was a nice and clean place. The two therapists Asley and Tatrano were amazing. My massage was probably one of the best I've ever had! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting a tranquil and relaxing day.

Can't fault this place at all! The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. This was a treat for me and my best friend. The girls who gave the treatments were very professional, and just lovely.
The pool is warm and inviting. Only down side was the loungers, very uncomfortable.
Went upto the bar for a drink, lovely atmosphere and staff yet again were just fab!!
Would definitely recommend 👌

Can not help but return, we adore this place and highly recommend- amazing managed by Joy and Lisa, clean welcoming, very relaxing and the massage off Haleema and Lorraine have been the BEST we ever had!
