Absolutely great stay at the Palm Court. We were warmly welcomed by Nicky on reception although we were early for check-in. Our room on the second floor was nice and clean with a sea view although we had not requested this. Meals were nice and well cooked and of very filling proportions. I must also complement Milly who was so friendly and helpful, like Nicky a real credit to the hotel. overall a great stay.

The room was ok the radiator under the window was not working and the other one was just warm staff were lovely we stayed in room 111 and could have some tlc spent on it when other guests came they said the same about the heating in their rooms so come on

Turned up without a booking but reception didn’t batter an eye lid as they sorted me out with a very reasonably priced room.||Room is nice, I have a king bed all to myself.|Food is fantastic, highly recommended even if not staying. Restaurant and bar area are very nicely presented.

A decent budget stay for one night. The reception and bar area is really fresh and modern and a nice place to sit, thereafter the interior is showing its age sadly. Rooms are suffering from being so obviously dated, although they are kept clean and aren't as worn out as the aged decor would make you feel it should be. Staff were great though without exception and made the stay feel very pleasant overall.

I was told by a friend that the food in the restaurant at the Palm court hotel was excellent. Yesterday evening we decided to try it for ourselves.|It was absolutely fantastic, the food was outstanding and cooked to perfection.|Will definitely come again. Complements to the chef !

The food was absolutely amazing! |We've had a seafood paela, which was so fresh and the portion was so big! Such a good value for money. |The staff is very friendly. We were served by Milly & Summer and they were absolutely lovely. Will definitely be back again.

We paid almost £100extra for a sea view. We did have a view straight into the next room whose window was at right angles to ours. We had to close1 curtain. Food wasnt great but in their other restraunt it was great. £120 last night meal. 1 meal was chicken tough. 1 was sea bass mine was great my friends was off. Served on cabbage!|Which was what the chef said made the fish stink. Most staff friendly although we couldnt book a table and although 2 tables for 2 empty they refused. We walked out. They changed their mind. We wont return.

Very nice seaside hotel but very busy this weekend. Excellent breakfast served quickly. There is a bar for the evening, a little bit expensive. Lovely staff very friendly. The hotel itself is very nice, modern in some parts but a bit dated in others. The room was small as was the bed, but it had a lovely walk in shower/wet room. However as a sufferer of back problems it was difficult to bend down to pick up my shower gel etc. It needs a shelf or place to put toiletries instead of on the floor.
There is a swimming pool but I didn't use it.
