Purchased through wowcher as a 60th celebration gift and it was awful.Having visited several times over many years,we were disappointed with how downhill this place has gone.The loungers were extremely uncomfortable,robes were poor quality and the changing rooms and restaurant were freezing.We ordered one peanut free afternoon tea and one normal afternoon tea,took 40 minutes to arrive but the peanut free one was also gluten-free,stale and missing sausage roll and scone.When the scone came it was flat and the sausage roll was soggy,as a result most of it was inedible.When booking on Wowcher it stated that we would get a ten pound voucher redeemable against products however on trying to purchase we was told there was a twenty pound minimum spend which wasn’t in the fine print and they didn’t have a product less than 30 pounds available to buy.Lovely staff tried to rectify but their manager who was off-site tried to say that it wasn’t a valid option.

Had a soothing massage from Courtney after they gained an aceditation to give treatment post operative and oncology related treatments. 50 minutes of shear bliss, relaxing and removing muscle knots in my upper back and calf's was a godsend indeed. Can highly recommend this treatment 100%.
Location is sopt on and the massage facilities are spotless quiet and comfortable, will definitely be back, excellent treatments indeed, very happy customer.

My friend and I went for a pick me up, spa and a ladies who do afternoon tea with a treatment to.
Staff were amazing and facilities were great, pool and drinking stations could have done with a bit of a deep clean.
Had issues with lighting while there but staff did everything to overcome the issue.
Our therapists were fabulous, Gemma is a great asset to your business thank you.

I bought a spa day voucher for my best friend for her birthday. We had a lovely day, just chilling. On arrival, we spoke with the GYM staff, who told us about where everything was and times. We got a robe & towel on arrival. We paid for slippers, which was £2. When we entered the changing rooms, i noticed how clean it was. The lockers are big, so 1 fit all our stuff in. We went through to the pool and got straight into the jacuzzi. For a good hour, we were on our own. After that, a few more people came in. They were all friendly. The members asked if we were on a spa day and got talking to us. It was a nice environment. We also had tea for two, which was included in the voucher. We also had a massage each. I had a facial, which was very relaxing and refreshing. My friend had shoulder, neck, and back massage. She said it was really good. Our tea for two was at 2 pm, but we went down to the bar area at 1.30pm just to get a drink when the bar person said we could have our tea for two now if we wanted. We smashed our tea for two, it was lovely. We also got a hot chocolate with it as we don't drink tea or coffee. After that, we receive a glass of prosecco each. We then went back into the jacuzzi, where we relaxed some more before getting ready to go home. The showers were a good pressure and very clean.

The ladys were fantastic, so professional, Charlotte and Erin were both amazing, felt at ease an relaxed from start to finish,

Would definitely recommend, as the service was of a very high standard an they deserve credit for job well done, will definitely use again .

Booked a silver package for myself and bestie, for a day for us to relax and unwind, which it certainly did! Two amazing treatments each, the staff where great very attentive. Then onto the pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna for a few hours of me time. Everything was explained to us on arrival which allowed us to just get on and enjoy our day. Thank you to everyone, we had a brilliant day 😁
