This was our fourth visit, such a great place the lodges are fantastic so cosy. Very clean and well looked after.The hosts are very welcoming and ready to help with anything if needed. The hot tub is so relaxing and the views are beautiful we will be going back!

Stayed here several times now. I think we've stayed in each pod. ||Always a great experience. Great location for day trips, with Hadrian's Wall to the North and North Pennines to the South. You can even punch West to the lakes within about an hour's drive. ||Also, hot tub is a bonus after long hikes in colder months!

Wow and wow and wow!! Absolutely amazing place to stay. On arriving we we're met by Neil and he took us to our pod and showed around . Lovely guy as is his whole family very welcoming and very helpful. Heated the hit tub to 45 everyday ready for us returning from our jaunts around the area. I highly recommend these. The views, the peacefulness and listening to the farm and wild animals is just pure serenity. The pods are fantastic, very clean comfy and spacious with all you need .. just bring ya food and a bottle of vino. you are guaranteed a visit by the local rabble (ducks) looking for a snack or 2 lol they are great just don't go bare foot near them as they nibbled at me toes which I thought was hilarious. We stayed 3 nights in the countryman pod as we took our wee old jack russell Kipper with us. He's worn out!! Have added some photos which I hope they dobthe place justice. Can't wait to come back !! We wend here on our mini-moon(Mini honeymoon) for a couple of days to relax and kick back. Getting to the farm can be a wee bit daunting if you don't drive back roads but slow and steady and you'll be fine. Neil met us when we arrived and helped us to the Pod, he's a friendly guy so don't be shy in asking anything about the pod or area. The Pod itself is amazing, modern, sturdy and roasty toasty! The hot tub is a big plus too! Fantastic when its zero degrees outside and you get a clear sky! There is animals on the farm and are fenced off from the pods, probably a good thing to be honest, saves people from trying to pet the sheep =]||There is plenty places a short drive away for food and a local Co-op 5/10 mins drive for supplies.||Anyway, we had a great couple of days and are looking at dates to go back.

I dont think there are enough characters to explain how great our weekend was. The pods are beautifully designed, with wonderful attention to detail to make it homely, the perfect setting for a relaxing birthday weekend. Everything we needed was provided, the surroundings were stunning, even in the gloomy weather. It was really nice to be surrounded by animals (especially the welcome committee... in the form of friendly ducks) Really well located for walking and a stones throw away from some lovely pubs and attractions. We felt so welcome when we arrived and so at home in the pod. Neil was a fab host, super approachable and helpful. (We arrived by motorbike on a particularly wet day so were dripping when we got there, Neil kindly offered to take our wet gear to dry in his dryer room) |Everything was very comfortable, a special mention for the bed! Incredible! We will definitely be back and have already recommended to multiple friends. Thank you so so much!

Absolutely wonderful experience, we absolutely loved the pod and the hot tub. The hosts were very engaging, polite, pleasant, customer focussed. The hot tub experience, throughout the entire time we stayed there, was so enjoyable and relaxing. Watching the sunset each evening was magical! We have booked to return asap.

Wholly recommend this place if you're looking for total peace, quiet and a chilled out few days. We were very lucky with the weather but we'd come back any time of the year. |The pods are very spacious, clean and comfortable equipped with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. The views are to die for and the pods are widely spaced to provide enough privacy that you really feel you're totally alone. There's four in total and despite them all being taken, we never heard or saw any of our neighbours until the day we were packing to leave. |There's a nearby CoOp that's a little overpriced but stocks anything you may need and there's also a couple of large supermarkets (20 minutes away by car) in Hexham. The pods are equipped with a microwave/mini oven, toaster and small induction hob and there's BBQ's set up outside for your use too. |The site is situated on a small working farm with a few horses, sheep, couple of donkeys and the friendliest group of ducks. It's absolutely delightful and the owners are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. |We're definitely looking to return and that's got to be the best recommendation hasn't it?
