Craig was a welcoming and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We requested a second bedside lamp which was added to our room. The room was comfortable with some storage for our clothes. A nice touch was a separate lounge downstairs with a coffee machine and from where we could top up our tea and water supplies. The location was excellent. Parking discs were also available - a nice touch. The only thing that caught us by surprise a couple of times was the beam across our bedhead (it was an attic room). We did bang our heads a couple of times when trying to read in bed.

We stayed for one night in August. The room was delightful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Not huge but plenty big enough for the two of us. Décor was very modern and tasteful. Tea and coffee in the room plus extra breakfast bars etc downstairs. Entry to the room was easy to do. Also close to the town centre, only 5 minutes walk from Golden square. Would recommend it.

Beautiful room. Able yo park out motorcycles in the from courtyard which was so convenient! Online booking and check-in worked great and easy walk to restaurants and the various sights in Berwick.

Lovely place to stay when in Berwick upon Tweed, not far from the main drag. Clean and tidy, coffee and tea facilities in the room and in the communal room downstairs. The room has a smart tv, hair dryer small fridge, WiFi, toiletries, shower, towels, sowing kit and a first aid kit. Easy access via key code for the door provided by host, very quiet place. Slept like a log, would recommend to anyone.

We felt like we were living in a pixie’s room. Everything was too small. The room was small, the bathroom was small, the washbasin was small, the towels were small and the duvet was small. I am a 16 stone 6 foot male but I felt like I had eaten a growth potion. oh and the window wouldn’t close fully at night and the heating came on early. I don’t think we will be back.

A great place for a stay in Berwick-upon-Tweed. We booked on the road (actually in a car park near Alnmouth) and arrived a little over an hour later. The owner was very helpful (gave us a parking disc for the short stay car park opposite, directions to the free long-stay round the corner), the room was huge and it was very well appointed (very, very nice furniture throughout). The location was spot on, just a 5 minute walk from attractions, restaurants etc. It was excellent value. It's bed only rather than bed & breakfast - though there is a lounge with coffee and biscuits available for residents - but it was a very comfy bed!

Stayed in a twin room, comes complete with towels, shower gels and even free snacks and coffee! TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime. Friendly staff as well.

Came for a 3 night stay in the family room. The hosts are amazing, Craig was so nice, engaging in a conversation with my two girls who are 5 and 8. Even gave them 2 gifts and lent us a bucket and spade for the beach. The place is super clean and you can tell they look after the place. The free drinks and snack were a great touch in the common room, where guests can interact with each other. Our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space. My only minor,very minor, constructive criticism would be to get a light shade for the main room light, but it didn't spoil the stay what so ever, just an observation.
