We booked a spa package and wanted to enhance the experience with a mid week break. The staff could not have been more accommodating, making sure our requirements were met. They even gave us a choice of rooms so that we were completely happy, as we wanted a large whirlpool bath. |The Spa staff were very helpful, giving us a tour of the facilities. There is some refurbishment work going on in the background, but this did not detract from the experience. The heated pool is nice and good to learn as there is no deep end. .Tried the sauna, enjoyed that. The steam room was currently out of order. Gym is modern and well equipped. We didn't get to try as we couldn't fit everything in in our short stay, but I would say that the equipment is brand new and plentiful. |We used the restaurant for full board eating. Food was good, and all the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially Siba. A lot of staff here originate from Kerala, so if you like a South Indian curry, they will not let you down. Friday night is a curry night, but unfortunately we had to go so didn't get the opportunity to do this. There is also a barbecue event on Sunday, but again, we didn't get to try. |Thee was a wedding going on on the Friday, I was told the hotel can cater for 3 at once, but we have been there, done that!|As for the room we chose, it had everything we needed, hairdryer, ironing board, suitcase stand, tea/coffee, toiletries, water. No mini bar, but no-one actually uses them do they. And that bath! Never had one like it! |Reception area is modern and furnished with large screen TV and piano. The sofas upstairs are looking a little tired though. |There is a lovely lake to look out on in the car park. It is a big site. Parking is free, and there are several depending on which facility you need to access. We saw the cottages out the back. They look like they need updating, but the hotel is trying to make the most of what it has, time and funds allowing. |On the whole, we had a great experience made all the better by the staff who really care that you enjoy your time there, and we would definitely go back. We rate the hotel 3 stars, which given time and investment, could get to a four.

We had picked a 2pm check in on booking.com but when we approached the desk at 2:45ish we were told our room wasn’t ready. However when we asked staff for an update Jazeel was so quick to get us all sorted and couldn’t offer enough help. The room was lovely and out the way in the cottage area.

The food was absolutely amazing at dinner. Both of us had the stacked burger and it was just fantastic (it also came with fries and sauce).

There is a bargain booze and tesco short drive from hotel for any extra necessities.

Cottage rooms are very nice. The bathroom had a great shower and kitchen is sufficient however we didn’t have cutlery to start out (which was later delivered by the helpful Jazeel) and no pans to cook but this didn’t affect us. The bed was comfortable and large with an even larger duvet, couch was nice and it looked to be a fold out bed option.

A good selection of different breakfasts including classic english breakfast, pastries, fruits, cereals, and cheese. Dining was busy when we arrived midway through breakfast but the second day we came later and it was much quieter. Staff were very good at refilling food and helpful with cutlery and tables.

At the end of the weekend and after checking out we had booked ourselves an hour couple massage which was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful experience to end the long weekend away. Staff were amazing and attentive.

The reception and bar areas of the hotel are pretty nice, albeit with an over powering air freshener system that gets right down your throat. The bedroom was pretty disappointing, no air conditioning, smell of damp and when you open the window way to much noise for a good nights sleep. The king size bed was two singles strapped together with no topper so a 6’4” pretty uncomfortable with very cheap pillows and bedding. Was meant to be here 3 nights, but 1 was more than enough. The food was ok but not great but the staff we are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely won’t be stopping again.

Overall nice stay. My room was clean and tidy. Nowhere really to put clothes other than 4 hangers - luckily I was only there for a night but if it had have been a long stay, I would have had to live out my suitcase.||||Also, the outside of the hotel does not match the inside. The outside looks unfinished and run down, then you walk in and it looks stunning. Might be time to address the outside appeal.

Stayed at the hotel for a night the room was fine, nothing special apart from the nice decor in the Lobby. But the real highlight was the restaurant. Food was well-prepared and well presented, The Butter Chicken was the best i had and the service was excellent. Linesh in particular was very attentive and made us feel really welcome. Would pop back just for the food, to be honest.

On arrival the hotel looked very nice.. the reception team were pleasant and rushed off their feet.. so had to wait 15mins before being served… however when checking in they offered us a room upgrade to a 1 bedroom cottage. I asked if I could see both options.. she kindly got someone to show us both room options.. we went for the cottage as the hotel bedroom did not have a mirror for my wife to do her hair… the cottage had a lovely long Mirror but found out there was no sockets near by to plug hairdryer into… there was no bedside lamps. There was a little kitchen with cooker microwave and fridge but not a utensil in site so you could use them… there was no room service and we had to ask to get our towels changed… very disappointed with our trip.

A tired hotel with slow service at reception (over 10 minutes to check in and there wasn't that much of a que).|The room was ok. A bit warm as the sun had been shining in the room and the windows were closed. Opened the windows and went for a walk. The only way I could get the TV to work was casting from my phone, which was ok, but surely not right.|A few odd smells in the bathroom and the toilet seat was not the right size for the bowl. View from the window wasn't the best. But I slept well so couldn't have been too bad. Breakfast was good, a good selection of fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast.

The reception, bar area and dining room is lovely but the hotel in general needs a lot of money spending on it. |We had lunch on Saturday on arrival and it was chaos and we waited 1hr just for starters to arrive and it happened to a lot of other people too although evening meal was so different and an enjoyable experience from the start |The room was clean and relatively appealing |The spa area is lovely and the facial and massage I had was well worth it although I avoided the pool as I prefer somewhere to sit around the pool when your at a spa so you can relax |There are some good staff that are very attentive but also they are struggling with staff shortages at times so just be aware
