Me, my wife and the dog went here in January 2025 and everything was absolutely brilliant. It was obviously a quiet season and we had the place to ourselves. ||Everything was spot on. Clean, comfortable room and a lovely area to relax in. Alice and Brett were great hosts and it was lovely to sit and chat over dinner in the evening. ||I would recommend getting the 2 course evening dinner cooked by Brett.||Thanks for everything. We hope to be back in the summer. ||Also, everything was very reasonably priced!

We loved our stay so much we stayed an extra night.|Our room was cosy, warm and clean. Our dogs were allowed to stay with us which made the stay just perfect.|Alix and Brett are fantastic hosts they made us feel really welcome. Alix is so friendly and chatty and Brett is a fabulous chef. The breakfast in the morning was top class!|He also cooks on an evening which we enjoyed every night.|The hotel is set in the middle of the countryside which was great for walking and exploring.|We loved it.|Thank you so much 😁

We had a great stay here. Was a bit apprehensive when told about eating dinner with the other guests but the hosts made it very warm and welcoming. We had such a great night with lots of laughter and the food was brilliant. The bed was really comfortable too.

Brett and Alix are at the start of their journey but they are getting things right that's for sure. Nice 2 course dinner with a glass of wine on Saturday evening and a nice cooked breakfast the following morning. Having some background music while dining would be nice.

We stayed with our toddler in the family room and it was lovely. Great service and the hosts really make it out of their way to make you feel so welcome.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our toddler slept so well all night.
We had dinner and it was amazing. Brett is a wonderful cook and the dessert was delicious. We will be coming back for another stay again.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay here. We have stayed in a range of different accommodations over the years and this is definitely one of the best for the following reasons:-|The amazing hosts - Brett and Alix who can't do enough for you|The stunning views with the accompanying peace and quiet |The lovely breakfast/dining room and the charming lounge|Our large bedroom with a super king comfy bed|The fantastic food|It is advertised as a B&B but make sure you order the optional evening meal cooked by Brett, who is a professional chef. It is amazing and also so reasonably priced!|Thank You so much Alix and Brett - We are now deciding when to book for next year.

A truly lovely stay, from the friendly welcome we received to the time we had to drag ourselves away. This cosy gem, set in beautiful surroundings, very clean, comfy with great hosts. The evening meal is a must, well done Bret. Lots of choice for breakfast too. We unfortunately are not walkers but didn't matter views, surrounding areas offer so much. My wife and I spent a night at Park House. It’s a lovely place in beautiful location and the hosts are great. The food was home cooked and was delicious. Highly recommended.
