Lovely country house hotel. We went with family (another couple) for Sunday lunch, which was excellent. The dining room has a lovely atmosphere and the waiting staff were professional, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had coffee in the lounge afterwards, which was so comfortable it felt like being in your own sitting room - I felt like I could curl up with a good book in front of the fire. Well worth a visit.

We had a family and friends weekend celebrating my sister's special birthday. It was absolutely amazing throughout. The facilities are excellent and the staff could not have been more accomodating. Food wonderful. This place deserves it's five star rating. If you are planning a relaxing time or a special occasion book Park house , it won't disappoint.

We couldn’t fault our one night stay here and wish it was longer! A very warm welcome and a complimentary upgrade. Lovely service from all staff, professional and friendly. Beautiful grounds, perfect outdoor pool area, gorgeous spa and indoor pool with loads of clean towels and robes. Had an excellent dinner and a great nights sleep. Fresh milk brought to the room in seconds, choice of morning newspaper. Very good breakfast with loads of choice. All in all an amazing experience.

Live locally in Chichester and have never been here before. Stayed for 24 hours on a work offsite. ||Couldn’t fault it - great rural location, friendly staff, good food. ||It’s a pretty perfect location / hotel. Colleagues swam in the indoor pool and another day, I would stay again for the outdoor pool !

Terrible Experience – Overpriced and Poor Service!

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute letdown. The room had a window that looked directly onto the parking lot, leaving us with zero privacy or decent views. The breakfast was incredibly poor, offering minimal options, and the hotel is definitely not child-friendly, with limited hours for pool which made it difficult for our family.

The room #8 was in awful condition: dirt stains on the wallpaper, holes in the carpet, and it felt run-down and neglected. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, which only made things worse. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained.

To make matters worse, they charged us an extra £25 for our infant’s stay, which is ridiculous.

And shockingly, the hotel staff emptied our bags without any notice! This level of service is unacceptable, and we will never return. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

More like a welcoming luxury home in the countryside. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Food delicious.
The spa and outdoor pool are a wonderful added extra we really enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from my daughter’s wedding which we held at this hotel. Everything about the venue was perfect, organisation, food, service and the excellent rooms. The hotel is set in a lovely location with a lovely spa including a large indoor swimming pool and a lovely outside pool. The service team are so good, polite and very helpful. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Another excellent stay at this charming hotel. This time the quality of the food and service was particularly good - for breakfast, lunch (from the all day menu) and dinner (from the main menu). ||Enjoyed all the amenities and all staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculately kept - particularly the golf course and lawns for tennis etc....||We will be back.....
