We stayed at the Park Plaza Riverbank for 1 night at the end of a tour. This hotel was lovely! The room was small (as are many hotels in EU, but had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and our room had a sliver of a view of the river. The charging ports at the side of the bed were very convenient. The bathroom had a tub as well as a shower. The room had a kettle, coffee granules, sugar, tea and some tubes of milk. We did not hear any noise in the corridors. There are restaurants within walking distance, also a small convenience/grocery store. I felt very safe in the area. The breakfast buffet was spectacular! From the coffee to the eggs everything was displayed nicely, well stocked and the tables cleaned fast for the next person. If you prefer fried or poached eggs over scrambled just ask. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great restaurant and fantastic service. The food is great and staff are lovely however the hotel side is disappointing. I stayed here for my anniversary and I’m thankful to Annelke who was lovely on the reception team on check in.

I was looking forward to the spa and swimming. However I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Despite requesting slippers and robes multiple times, they were never provided. What made it worse was seeing other guests receive these items without any issue.

I was informed by the reception team guest services and concierge when I called that these are not provided following a new policy. I was not aware of this otherwise I would have come prepared. I even offered to pay for these and I was recommended to go down to the local grocery store who would not have these items in stock.

Upon checkout I was informed these items are provided but it was too late and I had to walk down to the swimming pool area in boots and a coat and after swimming it’s not ideal to wear these. This lack of responsiveness and attention to guest needs really detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay. Not the level of service I expected and payed for. Highly disappointed and ruined the special weekend we had planned.

My stay was delightful! Friendly smiles welcomed me to check in. Eager and friendly staff helped me to resolve my suitcase issue! I must mention a person who initiated this process was Arsenal- he called on call staff engineer to help us! The problem was resolved and I left a happy customer! Thanks very much for making us comfortable and welcome . For going beyond the scope of your schedule practice to make sure we are well accommodated !
Coming back to stay this Saturday !

We stayed at the Park Plaza for our third time now and it again, didn’t disappoint. This time we went to Chino Latino on site restaurant as well and took our 13 year old daughter along. She loved it and the staff were nothing short of excellent for her and us, especially we need to mention Nivin & Adrian for their attentiveness and absolute professionalism in their service. True 5* service and food. Our room was a suite with balcony overlooking the Thames, spacious, quiet and lovely layout. We will be back again

Lovely food tonight and great wine, served by the amazing Maria who clearly loves her job! Made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Fab hotel, comfy bed, nice relaxed atmosphere. Live music was an added bonus. Will definitely be coming back.

Stayed at this hotel several times now and each time the staff have been very welcoming and kind. Biggest thank you especially to the hosting staff and hospitality staff during breakfast. I travel with my infant son and they always make sure I have a great spot at breakfast with lots of room for his highchair etc... they always make a special fuss of him and make our stay very positive. We will be back again next month!

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Riverbank and had a mixed experience. While the hotel staff, particularly Taras at the reception, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond by upgrading our room, there were some drawbacks as well.

The shuttle service offered is decent but could improve, as I found the pricing to be a bit high for the convenience provided. Housekeeping was another area that fell short, as our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, earning only a 5/10 in that regard.

On the positive side, the service throughout the hotel was consistently good, and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa pool and sauna—they were truly amazing. The location is also quite favorable, rating an 8/10 for its accessibility to key attractions. Overall, while there were some issues, the friendly staff and excellent amenities made our stay enjoyable.

Location is great. Very near the tube station. This hotel looked so luxurious at first glance. Coming into the foyer, there were so many staff trying to help you out because the hotel is massive and there are usually so many functions on at the same time. The meeting rooms are on the ground floor and in the basement. The breakfast was chaotic to start with as so many people and not enough space with no directions as to where things were. Once you finally got to seat down, the food was delicious. The rooms were great, all remotely controlled by the pads beside the bed. The bathroom was the let down for me as there was terrible smell coming from the drains. There's a nice view of the river Thames and the house of parliament depending on the room you get but also where you are seated at the restaurant. All in all, real luxurious hotel and I would stay here again.
