Extremely impressed with this hotel. From the moment you walk inside, you are made to feel welcome and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and room was so comfortable. We've been travellingbtgese past fewxweeksxacross Europe and I can say without hesitation this hotel has surpassed all others. Breakfast service was speedy and food was delicious...cooked to perfection with much selection to pleased all. On the way down to breakfast at 7 am today, there was already an employee wiping down and cleaning the elevators! She gave us a friendly hello... The ambience is so pleasing and the friendly staff are at the ready to answer any questions. Completely impressed.

Visited for two nights as a base for open days for university visits, also added in a gig at Hyde park and a west end show. Excellent location, Lambeth North tube being opposite the hotel. We arrived about 2 hours before check in as we were then out for rest of the day and evening. Harman on reception was extremely helpful finding us an available room. We had two rooms, one on the 6th one on the 11th floor. Aircon was wonderful on the hot summer evening. Rooms in good condition, comfortable bed and a nice view, quiet rooms. What more could you ask for. We are Radisson reward members but haven’t stayed at this one before but def will in the future. We left early next morning so didn’t have breakfast or have chance to look around the hotel. Saw some negative reviews a week or so prior to our visit but our experience was great and we will definitely be back.

We stayed 2 nights here and had a great time. Check in was easy. Friendly staff. My only negative was the breakfast buffet gets busy in the morning. The staff did a great job managing this and worked hard to keep the tables ready for guests in the queue. We went early our second day and it was much better. Overall fantastic stay and staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to Big Ben and London eye. Views are not great from the even room numbers (504) but are decent on the odd side (505) in our experience of having 2 rooms. While the lobby of the hotel is well maintained, the rooms need a bit of fixing with bed backs being coming off.

The breakfast spread was ok, but your experience depends upon the staff you are dealing with. Some of the staff members are really helpful and take your orders patiently but some staff members (likes of Mr Oualiad) will just ignore your requests.

Overall a mixed experience. But from the location standpoint one can consider this hotel or the park plaza Westminster bridge.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was great. Beautiful decor, staff is very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent location right around the corner from Big Ben and the London Eye. The underground Lambeth North is right across from the hotel as well as a bus stop. Breakfast was good but it’s not included, it’s 25£ per person, kids are free. Hotel has a spa with a fitness room, sauna and a pool. You have to make reservation for the pool as it is not big.
Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 5 nights this June at Park Plaza Waterloo. The hotel location is a big plus point. Westminster Bridge, London Eye and Parliament Square are just a short walk away. For public transport the Lambeth North Underground of Bakerloo Line is located bang opposite the hotel. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are also easily available. We had a studio room on the second floor and as such did not have any great views. The room size is decent, fitting in a double bed and a sofa. The bathroom and WC are separate and quite spacious. The Hotel offers a decent breakfast spread, but lacks variation. For reasons unknown, the hotel lobbies are kept unusually dark. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and I will go with 4.4 on a scale of 5.

Amazing experience ! Best room we’ve had in the trip. Big rooms, comfy beds. AC! Great location- near a pub for night, coffee shop for morning. Friendly service. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 7 nights with 2 rooms. Great location, great staff, the hotel itself is clean, the restaurants were good. Only thing was the room. Little dusty behind the furnitures, some black spots in the shower and the blackout curtain has a little rips. I would hav e given it a 5 if not for those things…
