I’m here regularly for business and this is one of the few Park Plaza hotels with a functioning executive lounge. Rooms and service are good. I’d specifically like to thank Courtney for the great lounge service I enjoyed when I was meeting after office hours with some business partners. The space was perfect to relax and had enough privacy that we could talk shop until close at 8pm. If there was anything I could change it could be to extend the opening time by one or two hours. Apart from that it’s an excellent hotel for anyone regularly working in the City.

We stay here often. Hotel is local and central. Staff are fantastic especially Maleeha very attentive and helpful with the menu, I’m very fussy and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Drinks were fantastic, food was perfect, we had dinner plans and ended up staying on and enjoying the live music and piano. Thanks for a great night. Definitely recommend.

I had an event in the Plaza suite, the staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and very GOOD at their jobs. The food was excellent at the event all day, the AV company were also excellent. My bedroom wasn't great but they sorted the issues straight away. Reception staff were super helpful too.

After a long 9-hour flight, my family and I arrived at Park Plaza Westminster London expecting to find comfort, cleanliness, and the kind of professionalism you would associate with a highly-rated hotel. Instead, we were met with one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years of global travel.||Check-in Experience|The reception was lukewarm at best—neither welcoming nor helpful. We were exhausted and simply wanted to check in and rest, but were met with indifference rather than hospitality.||First Room: Uninhabitable|Upon entering the room, it quickly became clear that it had not been cleaned properly—if at all. The room was filthy:| • The telephone was so caked in old food and grime that I physically could not hold it to my ear.| • Windows had fingerprints and food smeared on the inside.| • Cupboards were sticky and dirty, making it clear this room had merely been tidied, not cleaned.| • Under the beds was a horrifying mess—something I wish I could unsee.| • The pull-out sofa bed collapsed as we were putting our young children to sleep, causing them to fall through.||In disbelief, I attempted to clean some areas myself with warm water and towels, but eventually gave up. A guest should never have to do this.||Complaint & Reception Response|When I called reception to report the state of the room, I was met with hostility and disbelief. The staff questioned my integrity, which only added insult to injury. I calmly explained that I had taken detailed photographs to document the filth, including a bug crawling up the wall, broken chairs, a foul-smelling toilet with visible feces, and an overall environment unfit for habitation.||Second Room: Slightly Better, Still Unacceptable|We were moved to another room, which was somewhat cleaner—but still below acceptable standards:| • Both telephones were broken.| • The AC unit blew visible dust, leaving the surfaces coated by morning.| • Thick layers of dust and dirt could be seen around the furniture, skirtings, and vents.| • Housekeeping reportedly cleans large rooms in just 12 minutes—an impossible task if done properly by even one person, let alone under time pressure. This would explain the lack of hygiene and maintenance.||Breakfast|Overpriced and unimpressive. The fruit was mouldy, and most items seemed processed and of poor quality. Certainly not worth what they charge.||Conclusion|The only redeeming feature of this hotel is its location—right by Westminster Bridge with easy access to London landmarks. But this alone does not justify the shockingly poor conditions, the indifference of the staff, or the blatant neglect of hygiene and basic guest care.||I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, and I can confidently say that this was among the worst. Not because I want to be harsh, but because I believe guests deserve honesty—and this hotel needs accountability. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes urgent improvements.||Until then, avoid this hotel. Location is not worth the health risk.||Rating: 0 out of 5 stars

I stayed at this Park Plaza hotel for one night and had a wonderful stay. Upon check in the lovely Yash on reception gave me a room upgrade, she made the process incredibly smooth and welcoming which really made a difference.||The room was nice with a view of the London eye, I thought it was great there was a bath tub too. I loved the pool area and spa and had a wonderful massage and facial done by Daiva. ||I had breakfast in my room which was also very nice. ||Clean and modern hotel, definitely recommend and I would definitely go back.

Paula on the check-in desk was fantastic- she was warm, welcoming and very polite, she was absolutely lovely and always had a smile!
We had a suite and room size was good, bathroom was good, all clean and no issues.
Bed was huge and very comfy.
Visited the spa/pool. You have to prebook this and is only a half an hour slot - this wasn't such a problem for me as I had a 10 month old so 30 min was enough. Spa staff and lifeguard were welcoming and helpful. They provide a towel and changing rooms are lovely!!
Only downside (just being picky) is that it would have been nice to have a shower cap provided in the bathroom and disposable slippers.
Despite this very small negative i would stay here again, albeit a little pricey.
Fantastic location! A stones throw from Westminster Abbey, big Ben, London eye, sea life centre, victoria embankment.
Enjoyed the stay.

Met up with old friends as they attended the Usher concert. The location is pristine and the hotel is beautiful. The nearest stations are Westminster and Waterloo. Leak Street Arches (graffiti tunnel) is just down the street when headed towards Waterloo.

PROS:
There were only a few positive and helpful staff members:
*TARA and DAIVA- massage therapists in the hotel’s SPA who both did outstanding jobs with foot and full body massages.
*MORGAN and LISA- SPA desk staff were friendly and professional
*DAMIEN-checked me out; helped me get 30-minutes extra time after my morning massage.

CONS:
Front desk check-in woman was okay.
Did not offer free bottled water as stated on the sign; I paid £180 extra for an upgraded room with a side city view and Executive Lounge access; not really worth the additional costs.

Executive lounge (@ £55 per day) was the worst thing about my stay. Upon checking in, afternoon snacks were supposed to be served (according to the sign on the door) but when I inquired about it, staff said they had nothing. Not offered extras during breakfast (saw someone else eating hash browns and eggs over easy); lounge staff kept asking me for my room number like I wasn’t supposed to be there. I ordered room service and the quality of food was just alright.

Called the front desk about an extra hour for late checkout but they said no even though I paid for the upgrade; luckily Mr. Damien allowed me time after my 11am massage to get dressed in my room first.
