We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. |The bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed with air conditioning and fridge. |We had been traveling around the UK for the last 4 weeks and this hotel provided us with a spacious clean room with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. |The staff are extremely nice. |The buffet breakfast was also very good. |I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a solo business trip; after a long day in the office the check-in experience was quick and easy which was appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were too comfortable, almost didn’t get out of them the next day! I had prepaid for breakfast the next morning, upon arriving I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who told me the options available. Breakfast was great! I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing! I was looking for a place in Nottingham for no longer than 5 days and I never stayed here before and I thought I’d take a chance, which I’m glad I did! Staff is very friendly and helpful, beds are super comfy! Especially Jose was the most helpful and friendly one-definitely coming back here!

It’s a great hotel! The location is excellent either you like daytime or night life as there are many local clubs nearby. |The rooms are very clean. They clean them everyday. There is also 24/7 in room service available. |The stuff is brilliant! Everyone is smiling and is happy. |Go there, meet Jose! Very nice guy, with the best mood! ?

This is a good business-class hotel. It does what it needs to do - clean rooms and bathrooms, efficient and friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet. A nice touch is the availability of complementary coffee/tea in the reception area. We ate dinner there one of the three nights we stayed, and like many hotel restaurants, it was under-used. The menus are confusing - there are two. One headed 'residents' menu' and one in a board cover, which is the Asian fusion one for the restaurant. We ended up with a main course which wasn't what we expected - wrong menu. Some of the reviews have mentioned noise from the clubs and pubs nearby. Counter-intuitively, the rooms facing the main street are quieter.

I was here on a business trip, I had a great night's sleep, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, food was amazing! Plenty of choice for breakfast, hot drinks avaliable in reception with handy take away cups. Staff are great! So helpfull especially Jose, I would definitely stay again.

My stay was very pleasurable. Luke on reception was very professional and helpful..Anny who served me breakfast was very cordial. An excellent breakfast. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows too. The bathroom was very clean. I've already booked a second stay.

This scored 1 star as there is no option for a zero star rating.||On the second morning my mother and I came down into the reception where we walked into an awful incident.||A male employee physically abused a female employee, reducing her to tears.||The male employee advised he was the duty manager when i asked to speak with a manager.||There was no apology from him to anyone - including to the female employee.||I had to report the incident to the police.||The male employee also told me to write it in a review. So i have.||The hotel itself has confirmed that they will be investigating the incident.||I took my mother away for a little city break and treat, but this ended the experience in an awful horrific way.||Other than this incident the hotel itself was lovely, good location, clean and the room very comfortable also.
