Hotel is well appointed and easy to find - clean and spacious. Rooms have the expected amenities. The biggest advantage to the hotel is the staff - greeted by fun, friendly and professional reception staff (Matthew, Alex & Marie Ann) who made the check in process personal and really friendly. Full of useful information about how to get about and just made me feel welcomed as a guest to the hotel.

Great experience. The bed was very comfortable and also the room was clean with great AC. ||The breakfast buffet was extremely tasty and all the staff were friendly and ensured that we had everything that we needed. ||Location is super central and therefore I would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful experience at Park Regis Indus Restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service from Franco and Frankie. They were attentive, warm, and made sure every detail of my visit was perfect. Their hospitality truly enhanced my dining experience.

I’d also like to thank Manjot at reception, who welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. Her friendly greeting set a positive tone for the evening.

The entire team made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend Park Regis Indus for both the food and the incredible staff.

While having a terrible experience with a pre booked apartment with another company we booked a very last minute room here in a panic. Within 10 minutes had arrived at the hotel and been greeted by a lady called Clareese on reception who was fantastic and even gave us an upgrade due to the panic we where in and the experience we had just been through with the other company.||The rooms are amazing and very clean. We will definitely be re booking this hotel in the future after a great experience all around.

Incredible hotel, this is the second time I’ve been for mine & my partner birthday… hotel room is always perfect comfy bed.. amazing bathroom and the view is beautiful. The gentleman who served us called Saif was lovely explained everything to us recommend all the hotel services so thank you

Park Regis is a great place to stay! It's close to the down center. It's clean and stylish. The reception staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Especially Matthew. Matthew was very kind and asked us about our background and time in Birmingham. Matthew's customer service was impeccable.
