Had a lovely at this hostel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Kitchen, lounge and bathrooms were very clean too. The two receptionists I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit again around November/December time!

Love this hostel. Comfy beds with privacy curtains, PowerPoints and a safe that can be used as a laptop table inside the bed space. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are great, and feel like a normal bathroom at home.
Great kitchen and facilities.
Earplugs and locks for luggage boxes provided.

The staff as super lovely. I stayed for 2 nights, and was in a mixed room the first night. The rest of the occupants were men and the vibe felt slightly off, so I asked if there was any possibility of changing to a female only room and offered to pay any cleaning or additional costs. They moved me straight away for no additional cost, which was really nice. Would definitely go back again.

Only issue was that the road out the front is slightly loud during the night, but earplugs are provided for free, so not a problem at all.

I stayed 7 days in a private room with my son. The room was everything as advertised. The staff was very professional and helpful. They are mostly working part time and living on site. Special kuddo to Jacob, Ian and Tatiana who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. If there is one thing I would suggest to the hostel management team it would be to have some dedicated hours for the staff to use the kitchen for their own need. The kitchen is small and be crowded quickly with clients and staff trying to cook at the same moment. Great hostel and I will definitely consider staying there in the future

Beautiful hostel in easily accessible location. Was staying for a wedding at the Mile End Art Pavillion so perfect location for me. Bed was super clean and comfy with nice solid pillow. Black out curtains were a great idea and I loved the secure box with plug socket and light. Shower was really powerful. Staff were really friendly and attentive and kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Definitel recommend

We got a private room and as such did not have to rent towels. Breakfast was good value for money, except they run out of supplies by Monday so the pickings were slim (no eggs, no OJ, no butter). This was as nice of a hostel that I have stayed in but the location did not feel safe so caution if you are a single woman walking here at night.

Clean, quiet and comfortable hostel for a good price. I stayed in the 6 bedroom mixed dorm which was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom facilities were first class. The staff were lovely and helpful. I’ll definitely be staying here again when next in London.

I only stayed at Park Villa for one night, but I had a great experience. Check-in was a very smooth process, and the room was as advertised. The hostel is convenient to the O2, so if you're in town for a concert there, it's a great choice. Easy walk from the Mile End tube station.

4 of us stayed here for the London baseball series at the London Stadium. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Room was fine, beds were comfy, wasn't expecting much more for the price (£60ish pp). Check in and out was quick, we didn't use the kitchen or common room so can't comment. Bathrooms and showers (shared) were fine. It's a short walk from Mile End tube station and about a 20 minutes walk to London stadium, so was perfect for what we needed it for. Can't fault them really, would likely use again.
