We have visited a lot of holiday parks across the lakes and had a very large wish list to find our ideal holiday home, knowing the industry and owning a holiday home previously, we found confidence and comfort in the team at Gatebeck and look forward to spending many years with them.

Had a caravan at Gatebeck since 2012 and decided to upgrade. The transition was managed superbly by the General Manager, Tom. We only had to move next door. The whole team worked well and nothing was too much trouble. Prosecco, flowers, chocolates and a welcome card was a nice personal touch. Thanks Tom and team.

Myself and my wife Lesley came to Gatebeck park to look at holiday homes as we were thinking kf buying one for a little retreat. What we saw was simply breathtaking fantastic team from the general manager to the sales team and admin team all happy to help gave us every idea of what to do and the prices were great! ||We bought not long after our first viewing, but what i can say is what a handover champagne cards and flowers and all the team coming to help us move in was a lovely touch!. We come up every weekend and the owners events are brilliant especially the Spanish night! ||If your looking for a holiday home then we would highly recommend!

Had a lodge on Gatebeck for 5 years|Staff on site including existing manager are excellent|Parkdean themselves control all costs with the following the reasons we have just sold|Ground rent. £4800|Gas /Elec. £1200|Rates £. 700|Plus maintenance average costs for upkeep|Of around £400 per year |This gives a total annual spend of £7100|Before petrol costs on visiting lodge of £ 25 per trip it shows how expensive owning a lodge or caravan on this Parkdean site can amount to|We were lucky in getting what we payed for our lodge but realise it was an excellent time to sell |up|Hope this is a help to any future buyers on this site|They also take 7 1/2 % of your sale for no reason what soever

Lovely site to buy a caravan. I know the area well. I was shown a beautiful holiday home. This really is a well maintained site. It is quiet and ran by a very attentive team. I felt quite sad I was unable to proceed at the time. Very tranquil and relaxing.
Please excuse a couple of these pics. My parents have a holiday home nearby and Google has posted these.

My review is about GatebeckHoliday Park,and |The staff .|Especially Luke ,who has bent over back wards to help, advise or just have friendly chat .|He is always at the end of the phone ,or around the park chatting to who ever needs him.|The park is clean ,peaceful ,tranquil.|There are lovely walks in and around Gate beck ,it is our little place of paradise .|We all love Gate beck holiday park .

Gatebeck is a lovely quiet holiday park. The staff are very helpful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. There is a pleasant residents lounge to relax and meet people and join in the social functions the staff provide.
