From start to finish the staff at Regents bay could not have been any nicer. They were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From arriving the Out of hours security team were so welcoming they are a credit to the site. The staff in the restaurant and entertainment team were also great. If you want a friendly small site with a great ambience and not far from the beach this is a lovely place to visit. The bus stop is also outside the camp entrance which makes it great for those with poor mobility and there are ramps if required. The caravan was clean and had everything we required. Will return - thank you very much!

Caravans and site are clean and as you expect for what you pay, the pool is not as small as I expected and was heated wich is a bonus the kids really enjoyed it and the girl on duty in there was really nice. The entertainment was the best part. They had a ‘neon glow up’ party while we were there, my two girls were extremely happy about that and we thoroughly enjoyed it. All staff are friendly and willing to help also when we arrived we got a courtesy call not long after being there just to make sure we were happy, never had this before anywhere else and I thought that was a good idea, caravans are a little small but equipped with most things (take your own washing up liquid, sponges, bing bags) there is no shop on site but is one literally a two minute walk on the next site or Tesco just abit further down. Restaurant food is average and abit expensive but there is plenty of pubs/cafesin walking distance. All in all we had a fab little weekend and the kids really enjoyed it.

We spent 4 nights in a caravan here. The caravan was adapted for disabled access, a ramp to the wide door. All internal doors are sliding doors, making it easier to access rooms in my wheelchair.
The caravan was very clean and the beds had been freshly made. The bedding was clean and the pillows were lovely and soft. My only problem with the bed was it was too low for me, my husband had to help me to get off it each time. All drawers in the bedrooms were clean, so clothes could be put in straight away.

Our only problem was ants in the kitchen, my husband went to the reception to report them and a chap called in within an hour, we told him where the ants seemed to be coming from and he sprayed the areas. We had already killed most of them. After the spray we rarely saw another ant for the remainder of our stay.

We didn't visit the bar or restaurant as we find them expensive, we like to have a drink and watch a movie or play Uno in an evening.

The site has some double cycles with passenger seats on to pedal around the site, A basketball court and a small indoor swimming pool.

It's not that far to the sea front, if you are physically fit and able to walk it would probably only take you 20 mins. It's not far to the town centre either.

Unfortunately Morecambe has been hit very hard over the last few years, there are lots of closed down businesses, there aren't many sea front souvenir shops. The promenade is very nice, it has been well designed and it's easily accessed with a wheelchair. It's flat too so that makes it even better. There are lots of little car parks along the sea front too.

We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan site was just perfect for us, and we had some fun times on the promenade.

If you want a quiet holiday, without endless amusement arcades then this is perfect for you.

If you want a quiet holiday in a clean, pleasant caravan then this is the perfect site for you.

This is our 2nd stay on a Parkdene holiday park, we are already looking for our 3rd stay for next year.

Thank you Parkdene, we had a great time again. Your staff are friendly and welcoming

Had a 3 night stay, caravan was clean and modern. Our 2 year old enjoyed the entertainment and pool facilities. Tried the English Breakfast that was good value and served hot and quickly. Walked to the Beach in 15 mins. Didn’t try the night time bar or entertainment as our little one was asleep. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints and would go back. Make sure you book your pool time on the app to avoid disappointment.

A family-friendly caravan site, but not the best Parkdean we have been to. The play area is in the beer garden so not available until the bar opens at 9. We had no idea they didn’t have all the Starland Krew at every site so our Sparkle-obsessed little girl was very disappointed. However, staff went above and beyond to help us. Demi in Entertainment told us Sparkle is at a site 3 miles away and I managed to track her down and take our daughter to see her there. Throughout our stay staff have been very friendly and helpful. Shirl on reception is amazing and has gone out of her way to make our holiday special. The female lifeguard (sorry I didn’t catch her name) tracked us down when we left our little girl’s goggles in the pool. Honestly, the staff here need a pay rise!

4 day break in mid June. We upgraded to ensure we had what we thought was a full size fridge freezer. In fact it sat under the counter and was a half fridge with a large ice box. We struggled to fit our groceries into it and it would be far too small for a family of 4.
The condition of the flooring suggested that the van had some water damage. The lino in the hallway was warped and the pile on the bedroom carpet made it difficult to close the door.
The bedroom itself was very resticted, the wardrobe door being of the folding variety as there was not enough space for a door to open fully.
Living area - very uncomfortable sofa and problems with the TV reception. We initially thought this was weather related since it was very wet and windy on our first night, but the problem continued throughout our stay.
5 stars to the site maintenence and the call centre who dealt very promptly with our heating problem. We didn't realise that the control was in the boiler cupboard and not the obsolete switch on the main wall.
Sofa in the seating area incredibly uncomfortable. The padding was far too thin.

It was the worst break we have ever had. We holiday at Parkdean parks very frequently and to at haven parks. There was virtually no entertainment, the 2 entertainers tried their hardest but with nothing to work with only bingo and playing some music, main entertainment seemed to be assumed that holidaymakers would join in karaoke. There was nothing on at all before 6pm. And nothing suitable on the park for a tiny child. We had to walk for 15 to reach a shop (we don’t drive), just to get essentials. The caravans are cramped together meaning you are completely overlooked. The caravan itself was the most basic I have ever stayed in with super uncomfortable beds. And the park itself really needs overhaul. All in all we are really disappointed and will not be returning

Our caravan was close to all the amenities, the sports court, bar and restaurant building and kids park, it wasn't noisy at any time. The service was great from all the staff there and the kids entertainment was great, activities to do all day, an arcade and kids show. The activities were lead by a great team of staff and the kids loved everyone they did. They do cost to book onto but the passes are reasonably priced. There are activities to do all day and they are moved around depending on the weather. The park was easy to get to from Manchester and the beach was a short walk down a straight road. There was plenty of things to see and do along the front. My only issue was there were ants in the caravan, we were told something would be put down for them but I don't think this was done. It didn't dampen our weekend but was an annoyance with kids that tend to leave sweets and stuff about no matter how much we kept clearing up.
