We stayed here with our two girls, ages 5 and 8, for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. Our cabin was fantastic, complete with a hot tub overlooking a beautiful view. The soft play area was small, and the pool was decent, but the experience overall was great. Although the Bungee Trampoline was fully booked, Freya, the staff member in charge, kindly kept it open a bit longer so our girls could have a turn—it meant so much to them, and they were thrilled! The bar had a lively atmosphere, and all the facilities were clean. We had a lot of fun. Thank you!

We came as part of group for a weekend. Our Durlston caravan was clean and tidy and had all that we needed. We did have to call out security at about 2am to a very noisy caravan and they dealt with it quickly. We enjoyed the entertainment and watched a Blues Brothers tribute act which was very good. Drinks were a reasonable price. We had a thunder chicken meal one evening and it was very nice. We also had breakfast on the day we left and that was well cooked and tasty. We will be back

Facilities were amazing as far as clubhouse/main stage/ swimming pool goes.

However, our caravan decking was coated in ice which made it dangerous for my friends and I (some of which have mobility issues) to leave/enter our caravan. We ended buying our own bag of grit to ensure our safety.

The caravan itself seemed smaller than advertised, however the curtains and corners of every bedroom had Mold. Staff were called and changes the curtains fairly quickly thankfully. The gas oven seemed finicky and could cause the fire alarm to trigger even if there was little to no steam/smoke.

Overall, a decent holiday apart from the weather (roads flooded etc) but the caravans seem to need an overhaul to ensure guest safety.

I travelled down from Scotland, so this was not the easiest of places to get down to, but I had the luxury of being driven down by a friend.

The service was good. Staff were kind and communicated well within the Boathouse. There were some issues amongst other patrons of the park but I personally did not experience any issues so I shall not comment. Please see other reviews if you wish to explore this more.

Food service was quick and always warm and well made. However pricing, portion sizes and general flavour were not up to scratch and left me disappointed.

Our caravan was quite tidy on arrival and was stocked very well, but we noticed the smoke alarm was beeping with a low battery. Staff were quick to attend to this. The blinds in our toilet broke and although were fixed they would no longer pull up. The heating and hot water was good, although the caravan did not hold its heat very well.

I enjoyed my stay here. We were here during a convention and had a great time! There was a little damage to the caravan, only cosmetic stuff however.

My biggest issues was the flooding and the steps to the caravan itself. They were incredibly slippery and covered in pine needles etc. The path looked like it hadnt been brushed for a long while and honestly if there was a brush for us to use wed have done it!

I'd come back though. The staff were lovely and I highly rate the chippy.

For the price, it's well worth it. But I am concerned about the way the security on site were acting towards other guests.

We took our touring caravan and had a fabulous week away. A good level pitch on a very nice park. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the purely down to the condition of the Shower facilities. They really do need an upgrade and sorting out. Apart from this, the Parks facilities were excellent.

Our second stay at Sandford and it did not disappoint. Food and drinks amazing - chicken wings are to die for! Entertainment is on another level the Troupers are so talented. Clean and very dog friendly. Only down side is having to queue early to get a show table - perhaps need a bigger show room to accommodate the extra busy periods. Apart from that another awesome holiday.

I had a lovely time this weekend at the event. I thoroughly enjoyed the lodge I was in and had a great time seeing friends I haven’t seen in a while. The venue and staff were really friendly and seemed like had a great time!! A few teething issues with a new venue but that quickly resolved and the entire weekend was a blast. Didn’t like the rain tho, but that’s God for you haha. I do think the prices of the drinks could be lowered a little as I felt like buying a coke broke my bank. But the food there was amazing. Tried every place on site and each meal filled me up. Can’t wait for next year!!
