Stayed here to go to the Tod women’s disco and it was a perfect choice. Location is fantastic with fabulous views and just a 30 min (steep) walk into the village. It was easy to her a taxi back. Our room was spotless with every amenity you could need. |Ian and Lilja were wonderful hosts. It was my birthday and she picked some beautiful flowers from their garden for me to take home. Breakfast was fantastic … such a huge choice and beautifully presented in their conservatory, which made it seem like we were in a five star hotel. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. |The house is full on luxury from entering to leaving. It is spotless and tastefully decorated throughout. We stayed in the Blue Room which had quality matching furniture, a huge window, a spacious walk in closet for clothes with hanging and plenty of shelving, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Tea and coffee making facilities with coffee machine and biscuits. The bathroom is large with a roof window, shower sink and wc. Fully tiled and bright and airy with pristine white towels and plenty of them. The complimentary toiletries are fantastic with everything you could need from toothbrush and toothpaste to sanitary products, great quality too. There are dressing gowns and slippers available. |Breakfast was outstanding with home made bread and good quality produce. Ian, the host was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

A really lovely B and B in a most beautiful area up on the tops above Todmorden. Most welcoming and attentive hosts (Ian and Lilija), with great attention to detail. Both our bedrooms were excellent. Appreciated the ground floor wet room ensuite with shower seat - helpful for visitors whose balance may not be so good. Highly recommended.

We made a spur of the moment booking so didn't do any research. We were warned about the steep hill to access the property but that in itself is a pleasure as the countryside is so beautiful. We were welcomed like old friends, everything about the accommodation is superb, cleanliness ,comfort , great choice options for breakfast delicious. I could go on and on. Fantastic view from the dining area.

The hosts have created a luxurious and very welcoming guest house in a beautiful location in the hills above Todmorden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may well return. Comfy bed, spectacular views and a superb breakfast. When you go, take notice of the advice from the hosts concerning the route up the guest house. The shortest route is quite a tricky drive up a very steep, narrow road.

The only word is exceptional. A beautiful house with wonderful views, I had a lovely room with a large en suite bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, served in a room overlooking the view and nothing was too much trouble for Ian and Lilija. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A fantastic guest house. ||Ian and Lilija offer a very warm and friendly welcome into their stunning Guest House, in which they have paid particular care and attention to the smallest of details. Nothing was too much trouble when attending to their guests. A perfect location for a quiet weekend away with spectacular views in whichever direction you looked. Highly recommended!!! ||The drive up to Parkin House Guest House, from the depths of Todmorden town centre, is in, it's self very rewarding and 'eye popping'.||Tony & Joyce

Parkin House Guest House is simply stunning. A beautiful property with everything one could need and more. The attention to detail is quite amazing and the hospitality truly heart warming. We were made to feel like family more than guests. We would highly recommend this guesthouse, and will undoubtedly return.
