The location is a bit far from the subway station. This is an apartment building with three floors used as hotel rooms. People often come in and out. The sound insulation of the room is not good. Every time the elevator arrives and someone opens and closes the door, you can hear clearly. The water in the shower It takes a while to get warm. The biggest drawback is the bed. The big bed is just two single mattresses, so when two people sleep, they must sleep separately or sleep together on single mattresses on the same side, otherwise one of them will have to sleep on the gap. But if you sleep on the gap, it is very uncomfortable, and the mattress will slowly move, and the gap will become larger and larger. The bed sheets and quilt bags are the most common, cheap, and rough quality. Not recommended.

One of the best hotels/accomodations in South London. It's a bit away from the city but the bus services are good. The rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly. The housekeeping does your room everyday. There is water and a kitchen facility on the ground floor. In the room there is a provision for hot beverages and some biscuits which are refilled every day.

Quietest Hotel I've ever stayed in! Did think we got continental breakfast and thought there's a restaurant from the gallery photos but there's not either! Anyway hop skip and jump away from some really nice eateries. H's Cafe does great breakfast (turn right out of hotel)and lovely Sri Lankan (turn left and left on main road). Best sleep, great shower and about 20 minutes on the bus to Wimbledon

We use this particular hotel as it is minutes away from St George’s Hotel and parking is straight forward once you get the hang of the APP. The reception staff are polite and helpful, when you have a long drive to get to London , all you want is a warm smile and comfortable room. Rooms are always clean and tidy , so I put that down to the team that keep the hotel looking fantastic. The hotel have always been accommodating with us in relation to appointment times at the hospital which really help us. Will continue to use the hotel while we attend appointments at St George’s Hospital.

Had a lovely time staying at this hotel. I was there for sightseeing in London and for that I think the location is a little out of the way, but for the price I really have no complaints! Everything was clean and we felt very safe. We had issues with other hotels on our trip, so stopping by here was such a relief!!

The room itself was nice, very basic but had a place to hang clothes, a safe and tea making facilities. The bathroom urgently needs some upkeep, mouldy/ dirty shower curtain, broken dirty looking equipment (we had a disabled room so came with a walk in shower with a seat and supports). Reminded me of a hospital bathroom so we did not use preferring to skip the morning shower to do at home instead. But nice soap was provided and plenty of towels

If you need to be close to the hospital, this hotel is great! And close to bus stops.

Carpet in my room was covered in marks, I chose never to be bare foot as it was rather icky. The kettle was all grimy as well.

When checking in, I had no idea what the receptionist was saying. She constantly had a her mouth covered with her hand.

About a 1km walk from Tooting broadway tube station, so it's not exactly a "central" London location. But relatively cheap. Whole place could do with a refurbishment. Staff nowhere to be seen at 23.00 when we returned, so they can't claim that reception is managed 24 hours. A room with a view? St. George's hospital.
