Had a fab visit to the pool with my little boy! The girls on the phone and reception (Amii and Lily) we're absolutely brilliant and helped my get him to the disabled facilities, which were wheelchair accessible, clean and right on the pool side! They also allowed me to bring his massive pool floaty! Couldn't really ask for more from an accessible pool! Will definitely visit again!

Very good atmosphere, the water slide is small but fun, water is warm. The waves are excellent, cannot recommend enough. Price is fair too.

Very disappointed with the inflatable system no staff to keep the rowdy kids in check! My grandchildren only got to go on it once due to the pushing in of others. Spoke to staff who were not very helpful or sympathetic to the situation.

We came to use the spa for my birthday and we had the Rasul treatment and it was amazing. Wasn’t overly busy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It really was a lovely visit.

Great new gym refurb however way to many machines in relatively small spaces. Especially the free weights section. Almost feel like you are working out with the person next to you! 😧

This swimming pool was disgusting! We got there at 4pm and the waves had stopped (the main reason we chose it). The changing rooms were filthy. The showers clogged up with hair and empty bottles. The swimming pool looked murky. The lifeguards were just chatting whilst kids were playfighting in the pool. The whole thing was just disgusting and we felt filthy after!

Brilliant place to take the kids for a paddle they loved it. Bit of a cue to get in but they got through everyone quickly, pool is a good size with a wave machine. There's a water slide which is great but looks like it needs a bit of TLC bit rusted and leaky in places but works ok. Also someone had their phone out taking pictures when it clearly states no pictures. He was only taking pictures of his kids but still the life guard wasn't bothered and said nothing. Changing rooms were clean and there's plenty of baby changing cubicles. It's reasonably priced with lockers for a £1. Didn't have a pram bay but the pram was fine just next to the pool where we could see it. Café is brill and a god send after swimming if you need a brew. Will definitely be back
