Stayed here for the second time and we were really looking for ward to it. I can say that we were definitely not disappointed. We had an amazing time. We received such a wonderful welcome and acknowledged as a returning guest . Our room was perfect and very comfortable indeed. Thank you to James Pettitt for his welcome gift and continued professionalism. I tried a different treatment in the spa but it was equally exceptional. We had a lovely relaxing afternoon in the Spa and then a lovely meal in the bar area of Hillfields where they had a great pianist. The next day we had another lovely hour in the spa before heading for an exceptional breakfast. The whole trip was just magical, the quality and more important the staff and their outstanding customer service. Thankyou Pennyhill park for another excellent stay and cant wait to visit again.

Thank you to all the staff at PP for a special stay to remember. Every single employee - from Amy & Bianca at reception, to Nina at the spa - went above and beyond to make our experience a really memorable one. This was the best customer service I think I've ever experienced at a hotel/spa, we were made to feel so welcome, I wish we could've stayed longer!||The hotel itself is a perfect mix of British modern & traditional - we were really fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which had a huge cosy King size bed, a pool table and twin baths (!) it had a 'wow' factor. Importantly, it was also really quiet and clean too. We really appreciated the extra touches from the hotel staff 🙂 ||The spa itself is huge - a 25m indoor pool which plays music under the water (!).. a good sized outside hydrotherapy pool and plenty of different sauna/salt/steam rooms to relax in too. You can easily spend hours there switching off from everything - there's plenty of poolside beds to relax on inside and outside in warmer weather. We also decided to treat ourselves to a lovely massage - the spa staff were so helpful in getting this organised.||Dinner was included in our original hotel booking - and it didn't disappoint either. As with everything else during our stay, the attention to detail and service was 10/10. ||My husband and I had never been to PP before but this experience was so good we've decided to make it an annual trip to start each new year. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had an exceptional stay at Pennyhill Park. The grounds and hotel are stunning and very well kept.

Every staff member reception/spa/restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The spa is one of the best I have been to. Can be busy late afternoon early evening on weekends but facilities are superb. The food and drinks can be slightly expensive, but on the whole I would say is worth it.

Perfect for a special occasion with loved ones and friends. They were kind enough to give us an upgrade as we were celebrating a 1 year anniversary which made the occasion / stay extra special. Would recommend!

The most comfortable nights sleep as mattress and pillows including bed linen luxurious. Room thoroughly clean and again luxurious. Breakfast absolutely yummy as well as dinner. The sauna rooms, pools were just perfect and altogether a super experience. Staff exceptional service just what you want when you are taking a special break for a rest or a celebration. All staff, particularly James Pettitt made our stay a 10+ experience which is why we are looking forward to our return visit for his birthday weekend - coming up soon! Can't wait!

We came for afternoon tea , it was absolutely exquisite as always! Molly the reservations co coordinator made our trip extra special with a little surprise for my friend , who had just finished chemotherapy . It was lovely. We had such a perfect afternoon . I wanted everything pre paid before transition was smooth communication was excellent . We have stayed here before and used spa ate breakfast lunch and dinner it is always divine . We just love it. Pennyhill is probably my favourite hotel and spa in the UK. Really nice, clean, spa facilities with a number of different steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi's to use. I stayed a few times last year and every visit has been faultless. The reason I return is down to the staff. The manager James Pettitt really does go above and beyond. During my last stay for my partners birthday in October, there was also a wedding on and he very kindly relocated and upgraded our room so we would not be disturbed. James and his team also left some birthday treats in our room, which we did not expect and was a lovely surprise! Very thoughtful and considerate. Any questions or requests were always handled almost instantly, in a polite and friendly manner. This is why I will continue to return to Pennyhill.

I have been visiting Pennyhill Park for more than a decade and was witnessing all changes they have made with the services and staff and renovations .I never stayed as a guest but all my birthdays ,afternoon teas and diners I had in their lovely restaurants .Also I would like to say decoration with rounded sofa sits with huge flower arrangement few years back was amazing It’s was little bit dull recently it may need little more imagination to fire up the space .But it just a suggestion from customers point of view .So far it has been very positive .customer service always good staff is very attentive . It was my birthday again I didn’t book anything just turned up as usual and rules are changed you have to book in advance But very friendly member of staff made me feel very welcome and made my day special ! I had my afternoon tea and the birthday cake too .I could not wish for more ! Thank you very much to Roy .He was very welcoming and professional nothing was trouble for him . It was lovely experience .

A really lovely place in Surrey. The biggest SPA we have been to with a never ending parade of different steam and sauna rooms, ice room, herbal room - you name it. Fabulous pool and an amazing outdoor swim in heated hydro massage pool - such a joy! We loved our stay there! A couple of things to bear in mind from our point of view are: 1) their standard rooms are really simple and small, ours was also quite dark given the location and small window, the heating was keeping us awake at night as it kept rumbling, so not ideal; 2) not the best restaurant offering, the menu is quite limited and the quality of food is basic, plus the service really slows down when the restaurant gets busy in the morning. Food wise we prefer South Lodge (same Exclusive collection hotel). Now we know what to expect but it doesn’t mean we won’t come again cause the spa is really good!
