I have been visiting Sarah at her home clinic since 2021 for Botox and fillers and have always come away delighted with the experience and the results. She has a lovely 'bedside manner', the thorough understanding and keen eye needed to determine what therapies to recommend, and the surgical precision needed to deliver them. She has helped me with my confidence so much over the last few years!

Absolutely horrified,
I have had filler and botox in the past ,I expected the bruising but not to this extent, the pictures do not show true bruising, these where taken day 5.
I was offered no after care advice at time of treatment. And when contacting Sarah was told it should be expected and if i want to take it further she has insurance(no sympathyat all),.I have had to take aweek off work and cancel outings .
Very disappointed .everywhere she put the needle I had bruising.
Deffinently won't be returning
And in reply to Sarah's comment to the review below ,that has nothing to do with me . Mine is an honest review, and as for threats...unbelievable , I just said I'd take it further as I needed medical attention.
I asked for half my money back .
Which I got.
Nice try covering for a bad review but lying that's low.

Sarah is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I go to Perfect Symmetry regularly for botox injections in my frown lines and crows feet and have had fillers. Excellent advice is given and I am so happy with my treatment which leaves me looking smoother and refreshed but still natural. Recommend *

Sarah was wondering from start to finish 🙂 I am very happy with the result and she was informative, flexible and super friendly. I won't be going anywhere else for future treatments. She was also very good at following up after treatment was done which was reassuring. Highly recommended.

It has taken me so long to write this review because I kept writing essays! Wow, Sarah is amazing. I have had previous filler from a different practitioner and I was left with severe bruising, swelling and I bled a lot, even from cheek filler! So I expected to bleed and bruise when I met with Sarah. However Sarah's experience, skill and technique was so obvious the moment she started. She was confident, explained everything she was doing as she doing it and I felt little discomfort! What a difference! I didn't bleed, or amazingly even bruise! There was some swelling (to be expected) but nothing else! Sarah knew exactly what I wanted (and did what I wanted!) and the results actually made me cry I was so happy! The difference between the two experiences was huge!! I will never trust my face to anyone but Sarah! Xx
